Welcome to Bagatelos Cabin, a family- and dog-friendly retreat in North Lake Tahoe. Featuring cathedral ceilings, new carpeting, and a bright open layout connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas, the home is perfect for relaxing and gathering. Enjoy the sunny deck and a central Agate Bay location between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, with easy access to Northstar Resort, year-round recreation, and local dining. Limited winter parking—plan accordingly.

**This home only has parking for 2 cars.

Additionally, the proximity of this cabin to the Pezzola Luxury Vacation Rental (across the street) is a bonus for larger groups, such as those organizing weddings or family reunions.

All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

This is a wonderful place to stay and unwind. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable. It offers ample room for several guests with the 3 different bedrooms. The cabin is stocked with plenty of items for all needs. The outdoor terrace is a good place to eat and relax in the forest. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Lake Tahoe getaway; the proximity to the lake makes this cabin a go-to spot.

Great location. Central between Kings beach and Tahoe City. Easy to find with good road signage. Great decks and quiet neighborhood.

Nice, comfortable cabin, with a great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was pretty much just like the photos, and it felt super comfortable and homey. The decks are great. The location is also super - we love this area, where it is walkable to the lake (great kayaking/paddleboard shop right there, too, with a cute and delicious cafe), and super convenient to both King's Beach and Tahoe City.

Older, family feel, lovely outdoor decks for lounging. Only two of us and dog, but good for families. Not fancy, but good value, reasonable location, quiet neighborhood.

Quiet and relaxing

Ample patio space, perfect for little kids and dogs. LOVED that baby gates were on the premises, that was a lifesaver. Neighborhood is quiet. Nice for walking and close proximity to Patton Beach.

Accurate description

The property was clean and very homey to my family and dogs. It is one of the rare moments where bedrooms are downstairs while the living room and the balcony with grill were upstairs. Overall, everything’s good. The staff responds timely on text message too!

Cozy Tahoe Cabin

Great Tahoe cabin, accurate listing. Cozy bedrooms and great selection of furniture in living spaces. Nice kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, and various cooking basics. Good bathrooms. Upstairs shower had little water pressure and both showers lacked ease for bathing children. Nice parking. Spacious decks with great outdoor furniture, however, there are aggressive wasps sharing the space in August.

We had a great stay in the cabin over the hectic fourth of July weekend while visiting our family. Our family of 3 adults and 3 children under 3 with two pets had plenty of space in the cabin. The listing was accurate and painted a clear picture of the space. The cabin is dated but that is the charm of the area in Carnelian Bay. Check in was easy and communication was not a barrier at all; we had initial check ins from the Agate Bay team from start to finish of our stay. There was available parking along the house for two cars. You can tell this was a great family cabin at one point for a family and it has the flow of it. We were staying purposefully as my in laws live in King's beach- this cabin's location is perfect for going into town for quick errands and using the recreation areas there. WiFi was without issue and my husband was able to check in on work while we stayed during the work week. Two large decks were awesome to eat out on with the kids. The only feedback we had and shared was the house had a very, very strong smell of dog urine throughout the house. Honestly, it would be advisable to rip all carpet out and put something more forgiving due to the large amount of stains throughout the home. If you have allergies, the home's carpet will exacerbate issues. Additionally there are a lot of random items which with small children will need to be put up. There is one available baby gate, so we packed our own. Would consider staying again with more baby proofing.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und uhrig. Es gab mehrere Terrassen das man immer in der Sonne sitzen konnte. Sie lag nicht weit weg vom See. Man war mitten im Wald und es war sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren bequem und ich wäre gern noch länger geblieben.
