North Lake Tahoe house located in Kings Beach. Close to ski resorts in the winter and walk to the beach on the lake for the summer. Great working from home setup with monitor hook up in the back Ski Shed, desk and office chair. Fully equipped with internet, tvs, new beds and all the needs to make your stay feel like home. Alexa in the living room and Ski Shed to play your music and do all the things Alexa does. Dog friendly home with fully fenced yard and fenced deck.

Great little house in Kings Beach

We had a really nice time staying at Stephanie’s house. It was great to be able to walk to Kings Beach for ice cream, dinner and to kayak/paddleboard. Good layout, comfortable beds and even toys for our dog. We hope to be back!

Wonderful

Such a wonderful 4th of July weekend at Sea to Ski! The house is so cute and has everything you need….beach towels, beach chairs, blankets, games, fully stocked kitchen. The owners thought of every little thing. The beds were super comfortable and one of our teens loved having his own space out in the ski shed. Easy walk to town and to the beach….no need for a car once you are there. Perfect for a very crowded 4th of July weekend.

King's beach retreat

Communication with Stephanie was great she did offer an early check in as no one was there that was a nice treat! We did have some initial hiccups with door code which was resolved in a timely manner. I was thankful that the house was stocked with flashlights as we lost power for several hours the first night. The WiFi service in the house got knocked out next day and Stephanie kept me updated thru the day as she got updates. The home was well stocked with all the basic necessities. Overall a very enjoyable stay in King's beac.

A wonderful family getaway

I am a repeat visitor and hope to keep coming back. We love the backyard. We had to put in a bit of work clearing a path but the size of the yard is always worth it for the doggos and the kids. Close to everything on both sides of the border.

Kings Beach Stay

Such a fun spot. We really enjoyed our stay here. Quick drive to Northstar and also able to walk to places in Kings Beach. Looking forward to our next trip.

Sea to Ski Supreme

Great communication with owner and property is exactly as it is described. My family of five and two dogs were very comfortable. The house had everything and more. I love that there Isa fenced yard and can easily walk into town and to the lake. It is also close to many ski resorts.

Great place for a family vacation

Stephanie was a great host! Our family of five, including three children in their early 20’s, plus our dog really enjoyed our four-night stay. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and is in a perfect location.

Nice property, easy walk to beach

The home was quite nice and fully appointed. Larger fans in the bedrooms would help when the weather is warm, as the upstairs gets toasty. Overall was a very nice stay in a wonderful vacation spot.

Home Away from Home

This property exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed the short 8 minute walk to town daily, comfortable beds and all the amenities offered. Even the neighbors were nice! We would definitely stay here again due to location and comfortability of this home.

Great Place

Great location, close to lake but not so close you get traffic. Property is very comfortable with all the amenities. Second stay, we'll be back.

Perfect Getaway

This was a prime place to stay during the busy holiday weekend. It is perfectly situated near the main roads and made it convenient for exercising, getting to stores and the lake. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Tahoe. Thank you.

Great stay in lovely Lake Tahoe!

The house was nice and clean and very welcoming! A very detailed notebook was provided to answer any questions. We appreciated many handy items like beach towels and even dog toys provided by the owners. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept great. Thank you for a comfortable stay at your lovely home!

Excellent

This is a clean, comfortable and spacious house that is centrally located near the lake, shops and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Kings Beach and were within easy driving distance of other activities, such as hiking and horseback riding. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and we enjoyed just hanging out there, having coffee on the back porch with the squirrels and birds, and letting our dogs enjoy the backyard. Note to other pet owners that we did see a bear passing through the neighborhood (which was super-cool), so just be aware that they're out there, at least in the summertime. A great family experience for my husband, teenager and me.

Great place, well appointed

We appreciated the modern, clean house; good location and convenient distance to North Shore ski locations. The appliances were in working order, though the water and ice from the fridge would be nice. Gas fireplace helped keep us warm and cozy. My one suggestion is to stock up on a few more kitchen gadgets. There were a few basic things we were looking for while cooking that required some improvisation (little things, like a grater, measuring spoons, whisk, etc). Would definitely recommend this place.

Comfy cottage

We really enjoyed the home and the location. It had many nice touches and was comfortable. The owners thought of many things to make this a home away from home. It could have used more pillows and blankets for the beds since it was cold and running the heater at night was noisy. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay including with our pup.
