North Lake Tahoe house located in Kings Beach. Close to ski resorts in the winter and walk to the beach on the lake for the summer. Great working from home setup with monitor hook up in the back Ski Shed, desk and office chair. Fully equipped with internet, tvs, new beds and all the needs to make your stay feel like home. Alexa in the living room and Ski Shed to play your music and do all the things Alexa does. Dog friendly home with fully fenced yard and fenced deck.

Guest was easy to host and left the Kings Beach home in good condition. Communication was simple and everything went smoothly. We’d host them again.

We loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed even games to play. We also loved how close it is to the water and downtown.

We loved the walkability, biking/hiking trails at the back of the neighborhood, the comfortable beds and the pet friendliness of this rental. The owner was very good at communicating when there was a long power outage right after we checked in, except that there is no cell phone coverage by Verizon in this part of the neighborhood so when the power went out without Wi-Fi we could not use our phones (but that is not the owner's fault).It was really nice having the shed in the backyard that allowed my husband to work remotely.

This place was absolutely stunning, and the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It was the perfect place for me, my family, and our dogs. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from Kings Beach and the charming town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.We loved being able to walk our dogs through the neighborhood and along the beach, making it an ideal spot for anyone traveling with pets. The home was incredibly dog-friendly, and our host was responsive, communicative, and made the entire stay seamless. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This was beyond our expectations! The home was extremely clean and the location could not be better. Our host thought of everything, including doggy bags to clean up and pet wipes, very thoughtful. The check in/check out instructions were easy to follow and the helpful ideas regarding things to do in the area was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this home, as it was reasonably priced for all that is included.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The place is so cute and inviting and the location cannot be beat. It is well stocked and clean. The owners are very nice and the transaction smooth. We did have one incident. Our frenchie got thru the side fence because of a broken slat. The neighbor got our dog and returned him to us. Which was very nice, but the neighbor was literally banging on our door aggressively and yelling. It scared our daughter to pieces. So theres that. We will have to find a different spot next time for that reason.

Kings Beach Stay

Such a fun spot. We really enjoyed our stay here. Quick drive to Northstar and also able to walk to places in Kings Beach. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great little house in Kings Beach

We had a really nice time staying at Stephanie’s house. It was great to be able to walk to Kings Beach for ice cream, dinner and to kayak/paddleboard. Good layout, comfortable beds and even toys for our dog. We hope to be back!

Great Place

Great location, close to lake but not so close you get traffic. Property is very comfortable with all the amenities. Second stay, we'll be back.

Great place for a family vacation

Stephanie was a great host! Our family of five, including three children in their early 20’s, plus our dog really enjoyed our four-night stay. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and is in a perfect location.

Wonderful stay!

We travel with our dog, and this property is very pet friendly, including a fenced back yard. We love North Lake Tahoe and Kings Beach. This property is surrounded by pine trees and is a short walk to town and the beach. We look forward to staying there again soon.
