Plenty of space for a family of six to spread out and relax. Convenient location to everything we needed. Great historic feel while being clean and updated.

Beautifully restored historic home, we appreciated the thoughtful and spacious layout. Was very convenient for visiting Bryce Canyon, and home was well-stocked with everything we needed. Faith was a very communicative host, and answered any questions we had promptly!

We had so much fun and this was an excellent location, so beautiful and peaceful! Everything was clean, and close to everything! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming and beautiful home! It was updated beautifully and very clean. We loved learning the house history as well. It was a quick 30ish minute drive to Bryce Canyon. After long days of hiking and exploring, it was so refreshing to come back to this cozy home. We definitely recommend staying here and would love to go again!!!

We really only slept there. We weren’t there a lot. Should have tvs in all the bedrooms. It’s a shame that one king room only has access to a half bath. The floor was dirty when we went to wipe up a spot, we wiped up some hair and dirt also. Otherwise great

Beautiful and historic

The perfect place for our family to stay while exploring the Bryce Canyon area. Loved getting to know the history of the building. Beautifully remodeled and we adored the vintage touches! Thank you, Faith!

So lovely!

We had such a good stay at Opal's house while we were in town for a family event. Gorgeous and accomodating. We especially loved the seating options in the kitchen and dining. Great for playing games around the table.

My family and I loved the Opal House. It has been beautifully renovated with everything modern with some antiques that add to the house's charm and history. Very clean, even the outdoor patio and lawn. Plenty of seating for my group of 10 adults to gather or have some quiet time too. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops make it easy to explore the town.

Perfect Stay

We stayed here for a mother and sisters getaway. Right in the heart of Panguitch, it is close to everything. This home is beautifully restored and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is just lovely and the beds are so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the morning. The host was easy to work with and left lots of local recommendations. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay. Faith was also very nice and responded quickly when I asked a question about the house.

Opal is a gem!

Extended family stay while hiking national parks - great location for two couples and teen son. Super clean! Quaint history and details about the house. Loved it!!!!

Home away from home

This VRBO was up there with one of our favorites. We only spent 2 nights here and really wish it could've been more. The home was very comfortable, well stocked, and in a great location. We loved learning about the history of the home and enjoyed the new but old amenities. Thankfully during the hot days there was portable AC towers in every room of the house. This place was perfect for our family road trip and visit to Bryce.

Great Place for Bryce and Zion

Highly recommend! We stayed here as our "base" location for going to Bryce Canyon NP and absolutely loved it. Very nice house that was super clean and with lots of amenities. Everything you hope for when renting on VRBO. We stayed with our family of 5 (wife, myself and 3 adult sons) but this would also be a great spot one or two families with a lot of kids. The location is convenient to Bryce and there are restaurants within walking distance (had an awesome dinner at the Cowboy Smokehouse) plus a great little local grocery store to stock up on all your needs.

This is a lovely property and a great hub for our trip to Bryce Canyon. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed including spices and a few pantry items. The beds were firm but we like them that way so perfect for us! There was a little road side noise with the trade off of having restaurants just down the street within walking distance. We made time for great conversation around the fire pit in the back yard. So nice! Do read the history of the house. It was quite entertaining! Thanks to Faith for making this house the perfect southern Utah get-away.

Love this house so much!

This house is the best ever. I don’t even want to say anything good about it so that it can be available every time I want it. Haha but this house has everything you could possibly need for a stay. We had a large group with a variety of ages and the house fit and suited everyone. The yard was perfect and always had shade for us to sit and enjoy our family time. There’s plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. There is even a bbq. But what we loved most of all was how cute everything was. It’s an older house that has been renovated and has so much personality. The cutest house ever. We will absolutely be looking forward to staying here again. Thanks so much for having us.

This home is so beautiful and we loved reading about the history in the folder left by the owner. We also think the town was so adorable and everything was easily walkable from the home. If you're looking for a place to stay while exploring Bryce Canyon, this is the place for you.

Great spot!Really enjoyed our stay—super clean, comfortable mattresses in every room, and just a great overall vibe. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies, which is really helpful for families who like to cook for themselves. It was also fun learning about the history of the house.Easy access, very quiet even though it’s right by the road, and conveniently close to gas stations and food spots. Bryce is only about 30 minutes away.Would definitely stay here again
