Just five minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, you and your friends will love this house from the moment you walk through the beautiful front door!
Warmth and modern meet in this recently renovated home, where all guests sleep in 3 comfortable King beds. We can provide a pack n play if requested in advance.
The huge backyard boasts a GORGEOUS pool and spa, BBQ grill, and a cozy fire pit area with absolutely majestic views of the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains.
30-day minimum
The home is entirely reserved for our guests. It is not a party home however and enforcement of such (noise, trash, cars, smoke) is monitored and strictly enforced.

This home has 3 bedrooms and each has a KING size bed. Two full bathrooms, one ensuite Master bedroom (shower only) and second one is in hallway, outside bedrooms (shower/tub combination).
The entire home is yours and exclusive to you and your group.
Please make sure to read the house rules in full.
There are so many great eateries and restaurants near us, and most are a ten minute bike ride away, or a five minute car ride. Try Cheeky's breakfast, or the Manhattan in the Desert walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Try Nina's if you're in the mood for Mediterranean, Tyler's for burgers and El Jefe for great Mexican at the Saguaro Hotel just up the road. All of these spots are less than five minutes away from our home.
We are five minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, fifteen minutes from the Aerial Tram, and very close to all other major attractions. If you have a bike, you could bike to downtown in roughly 10-15 minutes, and even to local restaurants and a super market in less than 5 minutes. There's also a local Palm Springs shuttle, which is free (you can find more info online)
NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
Per City requirements (law):
- Primary renter MUST be over the age of 25; Host will request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
Renter should have a fully verified profile and at least 2 previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
Absolutely no parties or loud music.
*All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
Absolutely no parties or loud music.
Pets allowed with an extra $200 fee per month.
Due to new stricter regulations in Palm Springs, now every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the city is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and also have all guests in the party fill out and sign the Statement of Rules BEFORE having access to the property. In addition to that, we need a list of all guests' vehicles, including license plate numbers and also a copy of your Government ID.
As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules.
Please send us the FIRST and LAST NAMES and EMAILS from every adult staying at the house. They will all receive and sign the documents digitally using DocuSign.
The Statement MUST be returned to us as soon as possible. Just please be aware that we are NOT allowed to give anybody access to the home until we receive the statement with ALL signatures and the copy of your ID.
We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the City of Palm Springs is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the new scenario.
