Your beautiful mountain escape awaits! 75 yards to Gondola! Perfect year round!

Our luxury ski condo in the Silver Mill building is located inside Keystone Village, in the center of the activities associated with skiing. We are approved for a maximum of six occupants, with one car in the underground parking garage. Because we do not have multiple units, we are able to focus our time on providing the perfect vacation accommodations. This is a great location, just a short walk through the village to the gondola lift, the hub for day and night skiing. During the winter, you can enjoy skiing here until 8 PM-it's the largest night skiing operation in North America! There is nothing like being close enough to enjoy a leisurely stroll to the lifts and skiing all day. River Run is the headquarters for summer activities, as well, so it makes for a great location any time of the year. Be sure to check the Keystone website for a list of summer activities!

This unit has a private balcony with mountain views and partial views of ski runs and features heated underground parking. Silver Mill also has wireless internet that is now free for all guests, and we have recently added a new king size bed to go with the American Leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, sauna, and game room are available for your enjoyment and our building is also home to an Italian Restaurant and a Starbucks. Everything you need for a great ski trip or summer vacation is right here.

Our family rented for years and have enjoyed owning and sharing this condo since 2003. We're genuinely interested in making your vacation an enjoyable experience!

Lovely stay in Keystone

We have stayed in this complex before, and really enjoyed our stay in this unit in particular. It was cozy, and just right for our family of four to enjoy the fireplace on some very cold days, and quick access to the gondola.

Weekend Ski Trip

Great location for a weekend ski trip with the family. The condo is nice, clean, and a very short walk to the gondola. It’s conveniently located in the base village with easy access to restaurants and shops. We’ll be back for another stay!

Great Place!

Owner was excellent with communication before and during our stay. Location was so close to the lifts and right in the middle of the village with close access to everything. We had a great trip!

Great condo close to the gondola

Repeat customers, love this property. Short walk from the gondola. Tons of extras like board games, kitchen condiments, light bulbs, dishwasher tablets, laundry basket, etc.. that save you hundreds. I will be sad when my kids outgrow this homie condo.

Great place to stay!

We will most definitely stay here again. Everything you need is just a couple of feet away. Skiing, places to eat, shops,Coffee, you name it was walking distance.

Amazing location & owner

This is the second time we stayed in this property. Steve is amazing and the location is hard to beat. If the number of people I take doesn’t change we will be there again next year.

Great stay for ski vacation

Its all the little things like a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/ketchup/salt/pepper) and high quality bath towels, a humidifier that were reminiscent of pre pandemic vrbo listings. Will look for an opportunity to come back. Owner was super responsive when I forgot the room keys he mailed me ahead of the stay.

Great Christmas Getaway

This is our third stay at this condo and just the same as past visits, we had a fabulous visit and recommend this condo to anyone visiting Keystone. It is very close to the gondola and the ease of the underground parking garage along with all the amenities of the condo made us feel right at home! Thanks again to the Langleys for hosting us and making our Christmas travel special.

relaxation

It was perfect weather ( 50's to 70's ) for an east facing deck. Watching the clouds build in the afternoon and storm off into the distant 14ers while under the patio cover in the shade was very relaxing. The hot tubs, restaurants and stores where just steps away. Can't wait to go back..

Spring Break Ski Trip

My son and I had a Great time, the property looked exactly as pictured. Location to everything in the village was perfect. Communication leading up to the trip and after was prompt and precise. Would defiantly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Acommodations

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that we were able to find a reasonably priced rental close to the Keystone Gondola and with easy access to all the amenities of the village! Enough room for our family of four, nice bathroom and kitchen. Close access to hot tubs. The owners were great with sending thorough details and instructions about the property.

Right in the village, partial slope views and can walk to the Gondola for Skiing. Having 3 hot tubs is great. Steve is a great host and was always available for any questions.

Excellent Keystone ski condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very conveniently located in the Silver Mill building in the centre of River Run village, a short flat walk to the gondola, and is comfortable with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. And Steve was very helpful and responsive in providing clear and detailed directions and access information for the condo, as well as lots of other useful information.

The proximity to skiing is the best, but we also enjoy the village life, including the hot tubs, outdoor heated, pool, shops, and restaurants. We never miss going in the summer either. It's a great place for a summer vacation!
