This is our family's 1BR luxury ski condo at River Run, the center of skiing activities at Keystone, and located in the Silver Mill building. Our Summit County STR permit number is BCA-46221. We are approved for maximum occupancy of 6 people and maximum parking of 1 space in the parking garage. We don't have multiple units, so we have time to make this one as perfect as we can for your vacation. It's a great location, just a short walk through the village to the gondola lift, the hub for day and night skiing-it's the largest night skiing operation in North America. The state of the art gondola system is about 75 yards from our unit, and the skier bridge makes it easy to get back on the gondola from the slopes. There's nothing like rolling out of bed in the morning and having a very short walk to the lifts. You can enjoy the terrain at Keystone until 8PM most winter nights. River Run is also headquarters for summer activities-see Keystone's website for listings. Shops, restaurants and village life are literally right outside your door. Great for winter or summer vacations.

This unit has a private balcony with mountain views and partial views of ski runs and features heated underground parking. Silver Mill also has wireless internet that is now free for all guests, and we have recently added a new king size bed to go with the American Leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, sauna, and game room are available for your enjoyment and our building is also home to an Italian Restaurant and a Starbucks. Everything you need for a great ski trip or summer vacation is right here.

Our family rented for years and have enjoyed owning and sharing for 13 years. We're genuinely interested in making your vacation an enjoyable experience.
We're now booking thru April 2019 ski season and also thru the 2019 summer season. All it takes is a $100 deposit to secure your vacation dates!

Weekend Ski Trip

Great location for a weekend ski trip with the family. The condo is nice, clean, and a very short walk to the gondola. It’s conveniently located in the base village with easy access to restaurants and shops. We’ll be back for another stay!

Lovely stay in Keystone

We have stayed in this complex before, and really enjoyed our stay in this unit in particular. It was cozy, and just right for our family of four to enjoy the fireplace on some very cold days, and quick access to the gondola.

Great Place!

Owner was excellent with communication before and during our stay. Location was so close to the lifts and right in the middle of the village with close access to everything. We had a great trip!

relaxation

It was perfect weather ( 50's to 70's ) for an east facing deck. Watching the clouds build in the afternoon and storm off into the distant 14ers while under the patio cover in the shade was very relaxing. The hot tubs, restaurants and stores where just steps away. Can't wait to go back..

Great place to stay!

We will most definitely stay here again. Everything you need is just a couple of feet away. Skiing, places to eat, shops,Coffee, you name it was walking distance.

two nite stay

Nicely appointed unit, and great location. FYI, were there in mid-July and it got pretty warm without any ac, although there were several fans which helped. We also had some issues with the keyless entry, but Steve solved them.

Right in the village, partial slope views and can walk to the Gondola for Skiing. Having 3 hot tubs is great. Steve is a great host and was always available for any questions.

Great stay for ski vacation

Its all the little things like a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/ketchup/salt/pepper) and high quality bath towels, a humidifier that were reminiscent of pre pandemic vrbo listings. Will look for an opportunity to come back. Owner was super responsive when I forgot the room keys he mailed me ahead of the stay.

Great Host

Property was as advertised and in a great location with easy access to the slopes for skiing. Property owner, Steve was great - though he probably thinks I lost my mind. Somehow I forgot to pick up the envelope with keys etc. before I left home, and didn't remember until arriving in Colorado. - Steve made sure we could get in and all went smoothly. Then upon leaving the property, I forgot a remote for my firestick (remembered the firestick, just forgot the remote) - Again Steve helped me retrieve it the following day. Steve - Thanks again!

The proximity to skiing is the best, but we also enjoy the village life, including the hot tubs, outdoor heated, pool, shops, and restaurants. We never miss going in the summer either. It's a great place for a summer vacation!
