Top Floor w/ Mountain & Ski Slope Views, Ideal Location in River Run Village

Top floor, open concept studio sleeps 4 across a Queen sleeper sofa and Queen bed. Upon entering, guests will be greeted by a full kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a full refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and cooking utensils you would find at home. Guests also have a crockpot, hot water kettle, electric kettle, new pots and pans and wine glasses. The breakfast bar seats two and the dining room table has room for four.

In the living room, the guests have a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu as well as dish satellite and Blu-Ray DVD player. It is equipped with new furniture, carpet and vaulted ceilings which create a large space. The gas fireplace creates a welcoming ambiance. The balcony is next to the dining table and overlooks River Run village, an ice rink with mountain and slope side views.

The dedicated Queen bed is on the far right corner from the front and the Queen sleeper can be used with ease. The guest bathroom is located near the front with a shower/tub combination, hair dryer and clothing rack.

Recliner broken and pullout couch they say was functional but you couldn’t sleep on it. It needs to be replaced.Condo was clean and in a good location.

Colorado trip 2025

I liked the place, but a little disappointed the chair in the living room was broken, the elevator was broken much of the time (top floor place), and my keys stopped working and I was stuck outside of my place until someone working there who didn't speak english was gracious enough to let me use his phone to get someone to come let me in. When the new keys finally arrived I had missed most of the day skiing. lift tickets aren't cheap.

Great Property

Located steps from ski lifts and restaurants in Keystone. This was a great place for a ski vacation . The unit was very clean and the bed super comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great property with a great view.

Nice property with good amenities, clean and convenient. The centralized building heat could be turned down as it got warm even at night with the windows open.

Great location for Keystone visit

Great place to stay , although , noisy (refrigerator) and busses…. On the other hand great view and deck!

Ideal Location to River Run Lift and shopping square

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit. Comfortable, and well equipped. Top floor high ceilings give it nice space. Patio overlooks skating rink; Back door puts you a short walk to lifts through the shopping square with coffee, ski shops, bars and eateries. Pleasantly surprised to see it equipped with soap, shampoo, great towels but also dish soaps, plenty paper towels, coffee filters and nicely equipped kitchen even had foil and Saran wrap. (Knives need sharpening. There was no paring or boning knife) Perfect location for skiing. Bed was comfy with nice pillows. Roomy bathroom. One recommendation: Please create a laminated card with instructions on how to navigate 4 (put numbers on remotes) remotes for the TV. Buffalo Lodge is very nice and made for a very comfortable stay. Loved the underground warmed garage. Staff was responsive

I highly recommend this room and I will definitely would come back . I only hope that will be no more issues with elevator , the one to the parking wasn’t working .

Well stocked kitchen, easy checkin/out process, clean studio. Biggest downside was how uncomfortable I found the bed to be. Mattress was hard and worn towards the center making it less comfortable for 2 to sleep in.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
