The dining area provides plenty of seating for the whole family, including table seating for 8 and small seating area for 2. There is a propane BBQ grill available for guests outside on the patio, and a charcoal grill/smoker in the boat house.

Rental Agreement | A signed Rental Agreement must be returned before check-in details will be provided.
Age Requirement | The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, AND the primary renter must be staying at the property. We do not allow anyone to rent it for use by or on behalf of others.
Smoking | Absolutely NO SMOKING OR DRUGS of any kind are allowed inside the property.
Pets | This property does NOT allow guest to bring pets. Please note that owners may have had animals in the property prior to your arrival. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us to discuss.
Parties | We do not allow bachelor, bachelorette, 21st, or other similar types of parties or party groups and have a zero tolerance for violations.
