Renovated 4 bedroom/2 bath home with spacious open floorplan. Home is close to downtown Madison and centrally located. Lake Monona access, & on Madison's #1 bike trail, Lake Monona Loop within walking distance. Large backyard with gas grill, 3 season porch, off-street parking, laundry facilities, high speed internet & TV. The newly renovated kitchen is great for preparing meals.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please notify us before bringing a pet, as a pet fee will apply and must be added to the reservation prior to check-in.

This is the ideal location to explore all that this amazing region has to offer.

Great place near Madison that was the perfect meet up point for our group traveling in. Plenty of space in the home and everything was exactly as detailed. No issues with check in or out and no onerous extra tasks at the end!

Lake Monona Retreat

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood near Lake Monona. Great access to the beltline. Interstates and downtown Madison. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Madison.

Beautiful home!

Wish we could have stayed longer! The beds were so comfortable and the bedding is beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. Great location close to the lake walkway by oath. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Madison

Perfect home for our family!

This was the best VRBO home we’ve ever stayed in! It was so clean, with a beautiful open kitchen and family room! We celebrated Thanksgiving with our 3 adult children and enjoyed cooking, watching football, and taking walks to the lake, The beds were all very comfortable and there two desks for our daughters to work remotely 2 of the days! We can’t wait to come back!

The home was updated and had good space; large bedrooms, a cute back porch with sitting area as well as a large backyard! The location was awesome... biking around Lake Monona, easy to get to desirable areas in Madison... the zoo/ arboretum, campus and State Street area.

Clean modern well equipped home in quiet neighborhood

We rented this lovely 4BR 2 BA home for ourselves, my mother, uncle and parents of the groom over the weekend is our daughter’s wedding. It was perfectly located fie the wedding at Barnwood Estates and for nearby restaurants and easy access to downtown Madison. We had everything we needed, including parking and a beautiful yard. Everyone loved it!

Exceeded my expectations in every way

The house was lovely - beautifully appointed and immaculate. It was perfect for family in town for a wedding. So many extras made it easy like an ironing board and a pack n play. The owner was responsive and helpful. We were all delighted. Five Stars!

EXCELLENT VRBO CHOICE!

Check-in was easy and responses from the homeowner, Henry, were prompt. The home was super clean, updated, and cheerful. We enjoyed frequent walks and shopping was nearby. A sweet little basket and card awaited us, they even had something for our dog. Little touches like that go a long way at making a person feel welcomed and the home experience memorable. Well done Homeowners, you're doing a great job!

Great house, great location

This was a lovely house….very nicely done. Nice finishes, nice appliances, nice spaces!, great location! The owners were great at communicating. At one point we needed more towels and the coffee maker broke. I sent a quick email to Henry….we had the towels that day and Amazon delivered a new coffee maker the next day. Very responsive hosts! Highly recommend this house and location!

Ladies' Getaway

Four friends enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this home. The home appears deceptively small from the outside but is very roomy inside. There is a nice little sun porch on the back, which we enjoyed with a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a very large back yard. The home has four comfortable bedrooms (2 up and 2 down) and 2 full baths. We found the home conveniently located to all the activities we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Property was clean and conveniently located. There were no sugar packets, and the salt and pepper were completely empty. Also, no cheese grater in the cheesiest state!
