Very dirty home. If you stay here plan on washing all bedding and the few kitchen supplies it has before use. Pretty sure they just make the bed and fold previously used towels. No knives only a couple dirty forks and spoons. Looks nice when you first walk in. Feet were black after walking in the house for a few minutes. Wore shoes the rest of the time. Tried to stay at hard rock instead but unfortunately sold out.

It was a trailer full of trash on the drive way preventing for the rest of us to park also really dirty home i didn't have a closet on the masters bedroom nowhere to hang my clothes is toilet nasty

Huge house in great neighborhood. If you like to stay cool in a hot area, this is the place. In town for a wedding, place has all you need. Close to downtown Marysville, nearby Wheatland.

Great stay in quiet neighborhood

We were in the area for a wedding. This house was in the perfect location. Very clean, very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this property was amazing. The host is super accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure there are no hiccups during your stay. Place was really well maintained and parking was no issue whatsoever. 5 star experience indeed.

The house is great, large, just as described. I was shocked that there was no dishwasher – that was my fault for not noticing. Anybody renting here should know that a live agent is always available at Verbo for questions regarding extra charges from the homeowner.
The stove and kitchen cabinets were greasy, the oven was dirty, lots of mold in all but one shower. One shower door was broken and would not slide making it unusable.

Location was great, house and neighborhood was quite in the evenings. Plenty of room for everyone. Almost everything is about 5 to 10 mins away. Highly recommended and will stay again. Thank you.

Great house and set up for our girls night out, very close to the Toyota amphitheater for our concert. The house was a little dirty and there wasn’t enough towels also the kitchen is not very stocked for cooking. But overall great stay.

Church Youth Conference

The owner was nice enough to let a group of us rent the property for an overnight stay while we went to a conference in town. The house made our stay even more memorable. We are grateful for the accommodation:

Highly Recommend!

This home was even better than expected. Spacious, comfortable and great for our group in town for our son’s wedding! Cozy areas to sit and chat, 2 large table for eating or playing games, and a nice bright kitchen.

Marysville Thanksgiving

Hot water was not an issue. Plenty of space for our family of 7 adults. I like wash cloths for showering, so sorry there weren't any. Proximity to airport was great. Thanks for a great home for our Thanksgiving.

We kept calling this house “lived-in dirty”. Like someone has clearly been living here for 5-10 years and decided to put their house up in VRBO for the weekend, without doing a deep clean. There was cigarette butts ALL OVER the backyard. Dirt and crumbs in the drawers and cabinets, and we even found a plate of food in one of the bedroom drawers! We would walk around barefoot and you’d be stepping on crumbs & your feet would be BLACK from all the dirt. The only good thing about this place was it was a communal area for our family to hang out. It’s close by to the Toyota ampetheatre (15 - 20 minutes) so that was a plus. But this place barely had silverware, plates and cups. No dishwasher so we had to hand wash all the dishes. Lack of towels, but thankfully the host provided 1 roll of paper towels. It was honestly just dirty all around. And again, it’s “lived-in dirty”, so to fix it, the host will need to do a deep house clean (baseboards, trash cans, etc). And the pillows were so flat! Obviously have been used a lot before - the host should use the money from the VRBOs to get new stuff to make it more appealing! Nothing like the pictures (because the pictures dictate it’s clean!). We even started a list because we kept finding so many disgusting things! (Posted in photos). Would we stay here again? Honestly, probably not. I’d rather pay my money elsewhere.

It was ok the second living room the ceiling fan light was not working, the bedroom light was not working, backyard fire pit had cigarette buds, grass was not cut, the bedroom upstairs on the right my niece was having problem sleeping cause the bed was uncomfortable, but overall it was clean mister Reyes responds quickly when we had a problem.

Big house but terrible hot water

House was fine to sleep in but there was almost no hot water. One person got a hot shower, the rest of us froze! For a house that sleeps so many, it was surprising that it could not handle more than one shower in a day.
