We had such a wonderful time. If you need a place away from this crazy world this is it. The cabin is very well maintained, clean and perfect spot. The pond is wonderful and we had a blast catching fish. Definitely would go back. This will be a do again trip!

This was our second stay here at the cabin! We brought our 2 grandsons (5 & 10) and we all loved it. We spent almost every moment fishing! Catch and release bass and blue gill was the focus for our boys. The cabin is cozy and the AC made it possible in the hot weather. The outdoor shower was perfect too! We also made a short and excellent trip to the Yuba for swimming! We highly recommend and will be back! Communication was great with helpful suggestions. Thanks.

The cabin was immaculate, with ice cubes and a bottle of wine. Bed is very comfortable, kitchen is stocked with with dishes/pans. There are beautiful walks to be had, and the seclusion is the biggest gift. If you go - bring your snacks and meals and say goodbye to the world!

The whole experience - the cabin, the grounds, the scenery - was even better than the pictures. Incredibly well appointed, cosy and picturesque, very, very comfortable. Loved everything about it.

Host was great. Property and cabin were amazing. The pond was great fun for catching some small bass and bluegills. A truly Peaceful and quiet getaway.

We visited in April when temperatures were moderate and the hills were a glorious green. The porch is pleasant and the interior is cozy. Kitchen is well equipped with quality cutlery. Plenty of firewood inside for the fireplace but for the inexperienced, it's not easy to get a fire started. Excellent Starlink Wifi but no smart TV, so if you like streaming a movie in the evening, bring a laptop to watch it on. Recommended place.

Our daughter and her new husband’s stay was incredible. Beautiful cabin, lake, sunrise and amenities. Host was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was nice to unplug, enjoy the outdoors and a nice fire. All of the furnishings were comfortable and clean. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

The location was amazing and the cabin was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. My wife and I will definitely make this a destination spot throughout the year. It was so nice to be on the ranch without city noise. The only sounds were nature.

Oasis

Perfect get away from the noise of the city, particularly over the long weekend. Very much enjoyed our time in the peace and quiet, and my husband loved having the pond there....caught (and released) quite a number of fish over our stay. Great find and hope to book again.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway!

This place is stunning; the decor is cozy/welcoming and the place is clean. Sean was very helpful and easy to communicate with, and check in/ out were smooth. The hammock was a relaxing place to unwind with a book by the pond. Will definitely be back when we need to unwind and unplug again!

Idyllic and comfortable cabin away from it all.

Spent a long weekend at this cozy cabin. It's small, but well appointed and we lacked for nothing. An ideal setting to get back to nature, we saw and heard plenty of wildlife including several deer. Even with an outside temp in the 90s, it felt comfortable in the cabin with the A/C. Sitting on the porch at night, with gentle night time breezes was perfect.

Cozy, clean, and just amazing!

My husband and I stayed here in February 2023 for 2 nights which were NOT long enough. Next time I will have to book a whole week because neither of us wanted to leave. We saw ducks in the pond, deer roaming around, got to see some horses and cute cows on the property...it was the most relaxing experience. Can't wait to book it again!

Can’t wait to go back to the Duck Pond Cabin!

We had the nicest time and will definitely be back! I loved all the details of the cabin! Very nice and super comfortable! It was very peaceful and quiet. We all wanted to stay longer! Beautiful spot! An amazing experience! Thank you Sean for always being available and quick to message and text back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
