Kentucky Lake 3 BR 2 Bath Private Home W/Private Dock and pontoon rental

In the summer, we only do weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Our waterfront private home and double slip covered dock (not a part of Shawnee Bay Resort) is located on Kentucky Lake It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with floor to ceiling windows. There is over 1,000+ ft of deck space for entertaining and just a short (approximately 125 ft) gentle slope to the water. All bedrooms have televisions. The master bedroom is equipped with it's own bathroom with tub, king size bed and has large screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 42 inch TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a 32 inch TV.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to one another and is a great place for the whole family. The dining room table is large enough to accommodate everyone staying at the house and a couple more that may be stopping by for dinner (at least ten).

The living room is equipped with a couch, love seat, chair w ottoman, and rocking chair for plenting of seating. Features include a custom stone fireplace with a 50 inch smart TV. Wireless internet is also included.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking including crock pot. pots, pans, griddle, plates, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, etc...

The deck has two patio sets and seating that runs the entire length of the deck railing. A charcoal grill is supplied.

We have a 20ft Bentley tritoon boat on our private dock that is available to rent for your weekly stay Memorial Day through Labor Day. We can only rent the boat for your full stay since we are not at the property to check it in and out. The rate is $1500 and due on arrival by cash or check.

Kentucky Lake is about being outdoors. Our home is treated throughout the year by MOSQUITO AUTHORITY and they guarantee a mosquito free environment. If you see a mosquito while you are on our property call us and Mosquito Authority will come and treat the area again.

Cleanliness is our number one priority. This house is professionally cleaned after every stay, no matter how short.

We only do weekly rentals in the summer and holiday weeks (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day)

Great getaway!

We loved our stay! Cozy and had an amazing porch for coffee & late night relaxation. We also rented the boat, which is a must if available. The dock was perfect and covered we went fishing and kids swam off the dock!

Pontoon adds greatly to the experience

Beautiful location! Enjoyed the fire pit. The rental comes with option to rent their pontoon and that was a wonderful to be out on lake and explore everyday. Beds were comfortable and beach towels provided as well. Bring your own laundry detergent if need to use the washer. We definitely enjoyed our time together.

Great house

We have stayed in this general area many times but always at a resort in a small cabin. It was nice being in a quiet private home with great views of the lake to just kick back and relax. Loved the many windows and skylights. Especially in the master bedroom. Also nice having a private dock for my boat. Owner was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely rent this again.

Great place for a waterfront getaway

The house was as shown in the pictures. Roomy, clean, nice water view. We do our own cooking, so it was nice that the kitchen was stocked with every kitchen item we could ever need. Sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffe was so relaxing. The boat dock was nice. We rented a pontoon boat while there so having a place to easily moor the boat was nice. Owners were helpful and checked in with us to see how we were doing. Overall, a great place for a vacation. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great location on KY Lake, with AWESOME VIEW of Cozy Cove, we rented a Bass Boat from Cozy Cove Marina (across the Cove from the Home Natalie & Brian were great, 270-205-9034 Highly recommend them they have Pontoons also) We had two couples in our party and the Home worked out GREAT for us........Fishing off the boat dock was good too caught Bass each day........BBQed on the deck each evening over looking the Cove, what a view for the evening meal and NO MOSQUITO'S .....this was AWESOME....Open floor plan with kitchen, dinning area and greatroom was a nice treat....Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc....The Home was SUPER CLEAN and ready for us upon arrival....Overall an OUTSTANDING VACATION RENTAL HOME WE VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED....Carla (owner) was AWESOME to work with from pre-booking to checkout, very very quick to answer any questions.....Carla thanks so much for GREAT 5 DAY Vacation on KY Lake...

Stunning lake setting and home

This was absolutely a beautiful property. The setting is gorgeous in the fall ; we were still able to fish off the dock since the pontoon is not available in late October. The home is decorated with a high end lakeside feel. The main living area did not disappoint, show stopper all glass wall to view the lake and a charming canoe hung from the cedar rafters that had a cabin like feel . We would have given this property a 5 however there was a mild to moderate mold issue in the main bath making a musty smell in the main open concept area as well. We decided since we were only here for a weekend to just open the window in the bathroom and left the exhaust fan running to air it out. Would recommend to others , would stay again if the main bath is taken care of. Exceptionally Nice property overall .

Beautiful home

Family vacation spot

The Bayside house was all we hoped it would be. The reservation process was simple, communication with owner/manager was quick, easy and efficient. The kitchen was so well stocked for our family who loves to cook...we really didnt need a thing! To top it off the deck and view were wonderful...so relaxing. We will go again!!!

Beautiful location

The location was beautiful, quiet, and great for our family vacation. The house is very open, with high ceilings, great décor, but it was very dusty, with cobwebs hanging from the high ceilings, lights and fans. The floor was dusty and dirty and there was mildew on the bathroom wall. I told the owner and she reimbursed us for the cleaning fee.

My husband and I purchased the home along with our daughter and son-in-law. Our love of Kentucky Lake is why we are drawn to this waterfront home. All of us live and work only minutes away.

All of us grew up in the area and have always dreamed of owning a home on the water. While my husband enjoys fishing and our son-in-law, wakeboarding, my daughter and I simply enjoy the atmosphere here. The view is beautiful and there are always fun activities in the area. Although it is somewhat remote, there is plenty of shopping and restaurants only minutes away. My personal favorite is a pontoon ride just before dark. All of us enjoy traveling, but haven't seen anything prettier than the view from our lake home.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The main thing I enjoy about the house is the one-level open floor plan and the large deck which gives access to the lakefront view from every angle. When we have guests, everyone is able to be in the same room or on the deck comfortably. However, there is privacy in the bedrooms where everyone can watch their own TV or even turn in early because it is extremely quiet here. Not only outside, but inside noises such as heat/air, appliances, and plumbing are quiet as well.
