Clean, family friendly, helpful staff. The only complaint I have is that we had no idea there was a secondary gate to access our property. This would be helpful info for the check in process. The staff was super helpful though!

Glad to hear the stay itself was good, Carmen. We’re sorry the check-in didn’t go as smoothly as it should at Whim Sea by AMI Locals—that first moment sets the tone, and we’ll take a closer look so it’s easier next time around. Appreciate you staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back for an even smoother start next visit!

Absolutely loved every minute at the property. Quick, easy drive to everything we needed. Condo was in a quiet location and exceptionally clean and welcoming. We felt very safe and the above level screened in porch was used a lot. We would stay here again for sure. My complaint would be that the pictures during booking showed two pools and more amenities than provided. We only had access to a small pool and no gym and the second pool. Luckily I was there with my two daughters and the beach was all we needed. IF I was planning on spending more time around the condo location, I would have been disappointed.

We're so glad Whim Sea by AMI Locals was such a wonderful place for your getaway, Andria. It's great to hear you enjoyed the peaceful location, spotless condo, and screened porch, and that you felt right at home throughout your stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the amenities. The additional Harbor Isle amenities including the Beach Club, multiple pools and hot tubs, fitness center, restaurant, and kayak launch are available exclusively for guests staying 30 nights or longer, as noted in the listing. We understand how the photos could create different expectations and appreciate you sharing your experience. Thank you again, and we'd love to welcome you back to Whim Sea for another relaxing stay on AMI.

Cheers!

Classy home in a perfect location for us. We booked it for a girls' trip and felt great being in a safe and gated community with the use of the pool and close proximity to a fun restaurant and tiki bar! The top floor unit was spotless, and the bedrooms were pure comfort and luxury, with nice linens and brightly lit bathrooms. We spent tons of time on the lanai with margaritas in hand. Anna Maria Island was just a quick drive away, and we went every morning when it wasn't crowded. What an incredible beach!! The soft sand and beautiful clear waters were just what I needed to relax for our vacation. This was the best place we've stayed in several years of coming to the area, and I highly recommend booking it.

Very nice accommodations.

The property was beautiful. Very clean. High end finishes. Decorated so well . The only problem we had was during check in. After driving 15 hours, we were given the wrong code for lock box and the maintenance staff had to break the box. We had to wait about 1 1/2 hours to get in. I am sure that this is not the norm. We recommend staying here and will try to return.

Whim Sea

We really enjoyed our stay, however the patio floor wasn’t clean, there were some crumbs on the ground. The couches had a few small food stains on them. The left curtain in the living room did not work properly. Multiple outlets throughout the house did not work properly and the remote for the bedroom fans turned on other rooms lights. Overall, we had a great vacation at Whim Sea and just wanted to make you aware of the small fixes. Thanks! .
