Great place and awesome host! Large backyard for the dog and comfortable beds inside. The host was very communicative and it was a great first VRBO experience for our family!

Property was as described and shown in the pictures. The host had good communication throughout and was able to trouble shoot for us. The microwave quit working but the host had a new one delivered the next day. Lots of space (rooms and beds) for the price. Quick and easy access to West Edmonton Mall and the University of Alberta. Would stay again.

Unkept. Grass front and back overgrown ( was told it was usually worse - knee high grass).Five foot weeds encroaching on the front path. Doors in house do not close properly including back door. Led to believe there was a ravine behind house when in fact there is a highway and the ravine is on the other side of road a 5 minute or so walk away. Kitchen not well stocked, had to buy some tall drinking glasses. Basement very damp, needs a proper drain from the washing machine and a dehumidifier. Place was surface clean, kitchen cabinets, baseboards etc dirty. Bed linen was not very abundant and poor quality and dirty looking. House was in a nice neighborhood, windows and blinds were nice along with the location to the mall etc. House was roomy enough for a large group. Pictures on the web are misleading as they must be very old and do not represent the condition of the home inside or outside. No propane tank to barbecue. Host let us in the house a few hours early and was nice to speak to. Left July 6 and as of the 23rd do not have my 400 damage money returned. I called VRBO and they could not get hold of the host and sent him an email requesting return of the money and proof that the money had been sent.:

wonderful space for all 8 of us! didn't need anything, very well stocked with EVERYTHING, best communication I have ever had with VRBO properties. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect for a quick get away

Foosball table was broken but overall was a great location and pleasant neighborhood. Host was easy to reach and checked in several times to make sure everything was ok.

Edmonton Get-a-Way

Property was good, other than the interior doors were very difficult to close (probably due to the settling of the property). Love the location and neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent for a home base

We were in town for the Marc Kennedy Junior Curling Bonspiel. This 5 bedroom home offered ample space for the parents and we were able to get the kids setup in one of the bedrooms downstairs. The host was easy to converse with and answered any questions we had quickly.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay, the house was big enough for my whole family. My 4 children and 5 grandchildren had a very comfortable stay in this large house. We had everything when it came to cooking and cleaning. The property was large enough for the kids to play. It was 5 minutes from west Ed mall and 11 minutes from Costco. We will definitely stay again in the future. The host communicated promptly. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Friendly Host, Great Location

Our Host was great at communicating and checking if we needed anything. The location was minutes away from West Edmonton Mall in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy and spacious. It was a nice home to keep us safe all together. Thanks

this home is an older home, When came on it the lawn was about 7 inches long weeds on front flower bed was at least 8 feet tall. Garbage container was full on the street. Compose bin had rotting food in it. the one bathroom downstairs the toilet cracked, could not use. Washer was moldy, I cleaned to beable to use it. I picked weeds in front yard after the boys came to cut lawn and blew all the grass up against fence. Host called me after us driving 16 hours to get there at midnight when I contacted him at 4 pm. Did send out 2 wonderful ladies to clean? House was in good shape for cleaning so why send them out ? Called me paranoid as one window in one bedroom was not closed and bugs and what ever could get in. One bedroom floor got soaked with rain and the laundry room leaks water from ceiling. I could not find a carbon monoide detector in the place. We where 8 of us and was a good size for sure. Was told to look up garbage day on Edmonton web site??? We took all our garbage and recycling away to my son's apt. in Edmonton as did not want to leave it there for next people to deal with. Bedding was all stained with Javex, but clean. Doors would not close unless locked. Could not sit on deck in rain as evetroughs poured water between roof and eves. Was close to the mall where my children had 7 day passes. Did not hear from the owner about a bit of compensation for anything. Our 1st time to rent this instead of hotel, better a house , but maybe not this one.

House was nice enough once it was cleaned. We arrived at 4:30pm half an hour after check-in. The house was evidently not cleaned. Cleaners showed up at 5pm an hour after checkin. Group could not access the home until 7pm due to cleaners. One thing that we found strange was there appeared to be a device above the stairwell that was

Great family location

Very nice location, easily accessible to downtown Edmonton, West Edmonton Mall, and surrounding area by quick access to the Freeway. A good neighborhood, very calm and nice to stay in, some freeway noise but not overwhelming. Great spaces for multiple people; we had six adults and two children. And everyone was able to have their own rooms (couples together) and the multiple washrooms made things easy for getting ready. The kitchen has good plates, cookware, and appliances, and some basic things to start off. All in all it was a good place to explore Edmonton and relax with family.

lovely, quiet neighborhood near amenities

The house was excellent. Well stocked kitchen. Only 2 small things, the doors are sticky and when we started wondering why the kids were so quiet, we found them trapped in the bathroom because of the sticky door. The white kitchen chairs are unstable. Three of us fell and two got minor injuries from the chairs slipping and us hitting the edge of the table. other than that it was perfect.
