Great area for us to walk about, nice room, easy check in, we enjoyed the pool and the little sitting area by the water. Comfortable bed.

Nice room, good location, but if you have a problem with your room and send a messages and emails , you will get response 2 days later , i was without wifi the whole time there, i hope if there is a broken water pipe flooding the room the response will be faster

Perfect location

Stayed here multiple times now. Can’t beat the location as everything you need is within short walking distance, including the beach itself.

Great location

Location was awesome. Walking distance to everything, the beach, bars and restaurants, etc. We did not rent a car but got a Lyft to and from the airport. The pool was an added bonus. Would stay again.

We were a little disappointed, the pictures are deceiving. Room was very small and dark, no plug in the bathroom, wires were hanging down from the roof eaves, only 5 chairs at the pool so couldn't hang at the pool. Can't get more than 2 towels for a 5 day stay, only enough coffee in the room for 2 cups. Good features, room was clean, bed comfortable, water sitting area was peaceful. The vintage pink appliances were cute.

Stayed for honeymoom

3 nights loved the manatee observation right at the dock side. Great location to pier 60 and marina as well as other hotels like shepards and opal for dinner and drinks. Great walking distance to the beach. Clean an cozy as expected check in was super easy and managemwnt was always available to respond if needed. Will be back again!

Stay at Clearwater Fl

First the bed was very comfortable.Need a bedside table, comfortable chair, tv with local channels, and a clock.it was dark when we came so it was somewhat confusing where to go. When we did figure it out our door wasn’t locked and was ajar. Location was very good for what we needed. Host was very good.

Close to everything. Nice! Bring utensils and plate and coffee cups. Ac unit wasn’t up to cooling that great. Pool was nice Again, close to everything

I had a pleasant stay here at the end of April. I came to town for a conference but the main hotel was almost 400 night. I found this place and the price and pictures seemed like a good option for me. It was less than 10 min to walk to the conference.The location was great and a short walk to the beach, food, and the Surfstyle store for groceries.Here are a few observations:1. The 3pm check in time is strictly enforced. There were a number of empty rooms but I was not allowed to check in early. But at 3pm on the dot the message came in for me to access my room. I arrived before noon so I stayed by the pool. 2. It is very self service, so there are no bathrooms or outlets. The cleaning staff are very friendly. Pool towels are only in your room, so if you plan to arrive early, just be prepared that you are on your own until 3 pm.3. The AC was great and you can set the temperature to what you like. 4. The bed was very comfortable. 5. The fridge, coffee maker, and microwave that all functioned well.6. The room provided 2 towel sets and 2 beach towels. If you want more towels I am not sure if they will stock more for more people or do you can ask for more once checked in.7. A few people said their tv would not connect to the internet. You have to click connect to their internet and then the tv worked fine.8. Overall I would stay here again. For the price, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Room #30

I first off want to say that I really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. Centrally located to resturants, bars, Pier 60, the gulf, and shopping. Nice size room for a couple without children. Only downfall is that I was not aware the pools were both down for renovation. I was mislead on that part. I talked to another couple with children and they were also mislead stating the pools were up and running. When the pools are completed it will definitely fit all our needs and wants! You can also see dolphins and manatees from the docks. I would also recommend having a broom and dust pan in the room dor after visiting the beach.
