This is a perfect location just a few steps from the beach. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful beach. The bungalow is the spot for spending the day at the beach and walking distance to the downtown area for food, shopping and activities. Hot tub at the bungalow is a huge bonus and great way to relax after running around and spending time at the beach. Communication with the host was easy and the host is very responsive and helpful. It’s truly a hidden GEM! We plan to go back in the late spring!

loved the bungalow!! secluded, quiet, safe, comfortable. everything we needed was provided. and omg there’s a hot tub. ahhhaccessibility to the beach!! 1 block. we walked everywhere and took the jolley trolley to publix grocery and st brendan’s for mass. marilyn the host was very easy to communicate with.loved our 45th anniversary weekend in clearwater!!

This place is the BEST Marilynne always takes such amazing care of her guests. The bungalow is so cozy and the perfect comfy vacation spot. She provides beach wagons, chairs, floats, towels anything you can imagine. My family has vacationed here for 12 years now and I now get to bring my own friends to stay. The bungalow truly feels like a home away from home and i could not recommend it enough!!!!

Lovely Accommodations. The home met our families needs. It was super close to the beach and the home had access to beach accessories. The beach was very peaceful, we even saw a proposal happening.The hostess was super nice and came over right away when we needed assistance with something.

Host was very accommodating and allowed us to leave luggage the morning of our arrival, hours before checking in. Amazingly close to beach access. Kids loved sitting in the hot tub in the evening. AC was plenty cold and the hot water was extremely hot. Thanks for a great getaway!

We loved our stay at the bungalow! It was right across the street from beach access and had a clean and quiet beach area to enjoy the day! The hot tub and outdoor areas were perfect to relax at night and the bungalow was the perfect size for a relaxing weekend away! We’ll definitely be back!

We came for an anniversary trip. We had the kids the first three nights and then two by ourselves. Our hostess was just so sweet. We really liked her. I liked the private patio area and how short the walk was to the beach. The beaches are absolutely beautiful. We’ve been a good amount of time in the water. We also did a dolphin cruise. But we actually saw dolphins when we were swimming in the water. The house was nice and cozy and fit my husband and I and our three littles easily. We would definitely enjoy coming back. I loved how the beach also wasn’t really crowded which it also helps that we came after school started back for most people.

This is a great location—easy access to the beach, very close to restaurants in the ferris wheel area (we walked there one morning), and excellent host. We were pleased to have everything needed in the kitchen, from coffee to sugar to cleaning supplies. Lots of towels in the bungalow and everything for the beach—carts, umbrellas, towels, floats, etc. Easy parking in garage on property. Marilyn gave us our space but checked in to see if we needed anything and responded quickly. This was in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Great value and very pleased with our stay in Beachy Bungalow!

Great location, easy access to a less populated beach. Property is secluded and seemed very safe. Hot tub was very nice to unwind in the evening. Everything was within a 20 min walk. The Trolley stop was about a 6 min walk. Definitely would book again.

Very much enjoyed our stay and it won’t be the last time we stay there. The bed I slept in was great. The Bungalow was quiet, comfortable, convenient and just steps from the beach. Our host Marilyn was fantastic! A real nice lady.

The house is located behind the main property, so there isnt much of a view, but its very private. The cleaning crew missed a couple of items before our stay, but it was quickly taken care of. Close beach access, and within 20 minutes walk to plenty of restaurants. Marilyn is an excellent communicator.

Good morning, Pilar, I am a Christian and I should turn the other cheek but I feel the need to tell you how evil you are. You were kind enough to pray over me and then you go and write a review that was a total lie. God is a wonderful person and when you do harm to one of his children, you have to pay the consequences. I have seen it happen in the past... but I don't wish you any harm. I feel as though you are like the hypocrites on the street corner. I go to Mass everyday of my life; I will continue to pray for you, that you will be saved. You must think twice before you hurt another person...especially if it's a total lie!! God Bless, Marilyn

We had a wonderful time at this beach bungalow. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and also a 3 minute drive to shops and restaurants. This is obviously an older property but it was clean and comfortable. You do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the second one but that was not really an issue for us. The second bathroom is quite small. There were a few items that needed replaced in the kitchen and Marilyn immediately replaced them once we made her aware. She also brought us some new chairs for the beach which we hadn’t even asked for. There are beach wagons provided for taking your items to the beach which were wonderful and there is a hose available to rinse off after a day at the beach. The first day there was an issue with the internet and Marilyn immediately called and had the issue fixed within a few hours.There are beach umbrellas available, although they could use an upgrade to a more heavy duty product due to the strong winds at the beach some days. I’m sure Marilyn would have replaced them if we’d asked but we were able to make due with what was there for our short stay. Marilyn is very accommodating and offered to take us to the grocery or the pool but we had rented a car so it wasn’t necessary. The price is amazing and you couldn’t get a better deal with the proximity to the beach etc. We will definitely be back sometime in the future. Thanks Marilyn for an awesome week!
