My friends and I came out for a little week-long summer getaway here and absolutely loved it. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with - friendly and helpful. The space was absolutely wonderful - very spacious and comfortable. The host also thought of everything - there were cozy throw blankets everywhere, comfy chairs, and a big dining room table for group dinners and games. The pantry was especially convenient, as was the fact there are three full baths in the house. A, we loved this place and would love to stay again.

Perfect place to stay with the family while snow skiing at the Wolf. Highly recommend others to check this place out, except when I want to come back next year, lol

Our family of four travel to Pagosa every year and this house is our favorite so far. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and outstanding views. Communication was quick and easy. The house book had all the info we needed and we appreciated the labels for lights, fans, etc.

Perfect rental

I stayed here a few years ago, and it was so great I had to go back. If anything, the property amenities have improved, which I didn't think possible. The owners and manager of the property are super communicative and caring. Next time I visit the area I will absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular cabin

After a few different cabins me and my family had stayed around pagosa springs and south fork, we found to be this one our favorite, the cabin itself it’s amazing and the whole property that allowed us to hike around the house was great, we will definitely come back

Quiet Remote Getaway

The property was very nice with great amenities. Its very remote location on a quiet lot. Property was clean and well maintained. Would stay there again if in the Pagosa Springs area.

Our second stay and not our last!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! Kitchen has everything you can think of to cook, kids can run around outside, town less than 15 min drive. A dream home in the mountains!

Great house

This house far exceeded our expectations. Tons of space and great amenities. The kitchen was great and supplied with quality cookware. We loved the peaceful deck and the games we could enjoy as a family. We were able conveniently make day trips to Durango, Chimney Rocks, a the springs in town.

Family Get Away

This vacation spot was perfect for our family of 6, from the easy check-in process to the cozy and comfortable home. The cabin was spotless. The location of the cabin was close to the area where my husband and sons go hunting yearly which was great.

The place/house/venue is lovely:peaceful and beautiful. It is private w great back porch w Mountain View and sometimes elk in a field. The kitchen is great. The air conditioning does not cool-78-80 degrees at night when set for 72 at the instructions of the owner when we’re having problems. The local caretaker tried to help, very pleasantly. The washing machine did not work but laundromat costs were covered by VRBO. I spent time twice w repair people. I recommend rental but rec. rentors looking into renting a portable air conditioner for the bedroom. I cleaned the house per instructions and did not leave it dirty: dishes done/ counters wiped down and did a sweeping of floors. We were tired from very hot night of sleep when leaving for a long drive home w trailer. I’m afraid caretaker was frustrated w call for help the night before when we got from hiking in 90’s degree weather to an 80 degree house at 8:30 pm. Our 7 year old loves the hot springs play area in town. The area near the house is great for small hikes and jogging. I would rent again easily w bedroom AC!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The mountain views were stunning, and the sunsets were truly breathtaking — something we looked forward to every evening. The home itself was very well laid out, incredibly comfortable, and had such a cozy, welcoming feel that immediately made us feel at home.Everything we could have needed was provided, making our stay easy and relaxing.Our kids had an absolute blast sledding on the hill right in the backyard, which made the trip even more memorable for our whole family. The property is peaceful, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and making memories.We have zero complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Highlyrecommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable mountain retreat!
