We really enjoyed our stay in southern Colorado at this rental property. One morning, we watched hummingbirds just outside the window, as we sat for breakfast! It was very charming, and a great value for the price. :)

The home was nestled into a beautiful country setting with horses grazing nearby and a beautiful view of the mountains. The place was very clean and had adequate kitchen equipment and supplies. It would have been nice to have access to a TV, since my husband and I are old school and do not carry a computer with us or use On Demand. We would stay here again!

They aren't lying when they say peaceful. It was great to be out here and enjoy the serenity. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Greg and Carmen made sure to heat the place up for us before arrival. Town is close enough to get everything you need. We will absolutely be back.

Cute little place that came complete with deer in the backyard. Wonderful setting and close to grocery store which was great because I prefer cooking when vacationing. Place was very clean and had ‘almost’ everything I needed. Could have used a good cutting knife, peeler and potato masher but we made it work. Owner communicated quickly and check-in was simple.

Small but just perfect for my husband and I as we attended a wedding and spent time with friends in Lazear. Such a beautiful area! We loved the views from the deck and this little home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful atmosphere. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Thank you for a great stay.
