Pinnacle Views provides the most spectacular scenery of Norris Lake. This super quiet, serene location provides the most peaceful vacation.

Relax with friends and family on the decks overlooking the lake scene. Enjoy campfire stories and smores.

The game room provides the perfect evening entertainment with its wet bar, billiard table, and traditional bar room games.

Spend the day golfing at the nearby 'The Green at Deerfield'. Spend the evening at the 'Chapman Hill Winery' or Deerfield Cove Marina famous 'Tiki Hut bar & Grill'. Also nearby is 'Dash N Go 3'. Survey the amazing carpentry work of Sugar Hollow Marina 'The Galley Bar & Grill'. These are only a short 5-minute drive from your house.

Launch your watercraft at our neighborhood's private boat ramp. Park your boat in your dedicated 10' wide, covered boat slip at nearby Sugar Hollow Marina - approximately 7.6 miles - 19 minutes via car.

You can rent boats/watercraft from nearby Sugar Hollow Marina, Shanghai Resort, Springs Dock, or contact Norris Lake Water Sports for rental boat delivery (ask for Norris Lake Villas 10% discount) or contact Oasis Water Sports for delivery options.

The main level provides the great room with TV, modern kitchen, dining room, master suite, and deck overlooking the lake including Blackstone grill (propane provided) and a Pellet smoker (pellets provided).

The upper level provides bedrooms #2, #3, and a common bathroom.

The lower level provides the game room, additional TV room, bedroom #4, bathroom, and a patio overlooking the lake.

Internet is via Starlink, secure, unlimited usage.

The TVs are smart TVs and/or Fire Sticks. Bring your log in information.

Parking on premises, ample room for multiple vehicles.

We had a great stay! This property had everything we needed, and is in a beautiful neighborhood. We meet up with family staying in this neighborhood every year, and our kids make amazing memories. The kitchen has everything you need, and everyone enjoyed the pool table and dart board.

Beautiful view!

Perfect for our family of 7! 6 adults and a 1 year old! Beds were comfy! Loved the openess of main living area and the view from deck was amazing! Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Game room downstairs was a huge plus; especially when we had 3 days of rain which kept us indoors. We would live to visit again when we can enjoy the Lake, fishing, and boating!

More than we could have asked for

When we arrived the property was very clean and more than enought space for the 6 adults and 4 children that stayed there. 15 mins away from the marina and overall the home had everything we needed other than food. The house was great and we made memories on this trip that will be with us for a life time!

Norris Lake beauty

Views of the lake are awesome and house works well as a rental...suggestion is to add a roof system under the upper deck so one can enjoy the lower porch when it rains...which it did a lot this week...but lower level was getting soaked as well including cushions etc...all else good!

relaxing lake retreat

the house was exactly as advertised. Delta airlines cancelled our flights for three straight days so we were unable to fly as originally planned to Lake Tahoe for a family vacation. In a mad scramble to salvage a vacation, we chose this listing to have some time together as a family and enjoy our time together. had beautiful views of the lake, each of us had a lovely bedroom with our own dedicated bathroom which was perfect for 5 adults. the kitchen was nice and open allowing us to cook together and share meals. we loved trying our the blacktops grill for our steaks (may be buying one for christmas) and h th e smoker / grill combo. They made for tasty steak and chicken dinners. the only downside was the 20 min drive to the marina. the weather was

A Spacious, Peaceful Retreat with Stunning Views

We stayed at Pinnacle Views from May 8–11, 2025, for my son and future daughter-in-law’s graduation from LMU DeBusk College of Medicine. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and the bed linens were fresh, with each set placed in a basket at the foot of each bed.The layout was great for our family: a main-level master with a garden tub, two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath, and a large bedroom downstairs with a private bath and laundry room. The lower level also had a spacious entertainment area with a large sectional, surround sound TV, pool table, dart board, board games, and a bar — perfect for relaxing.The deck on the main level offered peaceful views of the mountains and Norris Lake. The home felt remote and serene — a great place to unwind.The only challenge was the drive up. It’s about 10 miles of steep, narrow, curvy roads after leaving the main road. I have motion sickness, so that part was tough for me. However, others may not mind the drive at all, and the house at the top makes it worth it.Highly recommend this home for those looking for a clean, spacious, well-equipped mountain retreat with incredible views!

This may have been the cleanest and most well thought out house we have ever stayed in! They had everything you could ever need. From games to cookware and plenty of bedding! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just an FYI… it’s less than 10 minutes from Springs Dock and Deerfield. And a few more from Sugar Creek! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic property. My son said it was even better than the pictures portray. Lower level provided so many indoor and outdoor options for entertainment. Beautiful view of the lake. Would love to come back next year.

This home is nothing short of spectacular!The beds are exceptional, the views are amazing, and the place was spotless.We will definitely be coming back.Close enough to Sugar Hollow Marina (13 min drive) and Next Level at Norris Lake Campground where family have a place.Completely stocked (listed as basics, but much more than that).Zero complaints, and everyone loved the basement family theater and rec room with the pool table and pinball machine plus the electronic dart board, lots of fun for all.John was great to work with and quick response to any questions.Love this place, the view alone makes it worth every dollar.
