Built in 1928 and nestled in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, the whole house accommodates up to 26 people. It is everything you need and nothing you don't. Perfect for piling the entire family or group in and once you park, you can walk, bike or trolley anywhere. New Queen sized beds and open front porch. Perfect for family reunions, church groups, clubs, golfers and other organizations. And we reiterate you can walk everywhere: to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops and attractions. Open year round.

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED Guests must bring their own linens and beach towels or Rent from local vendors. We suggest 227 Rent 302.227.7368... Beach chairs are provided. Read amenities for more.

We had a lovely birthday weekend that was all the better for our attentive hosts. Also one of ours guests left something behind and they went above and beyond to look for it! It’s a great house, fits everyone and yet feels cozy.

Wonderful stay!

Big group of friends came in for a volleyball tournament at Rehoboth beach and we had a wonderful time. Even had the chance to meet to owners, which was lovely. I would highly recommend!

the property was great. It is a fantastic location. The family members loved the house and the set up with the 2 kitchens and living rooms.Everyone had a great time and got to catch up with each other. and it was very relaxing.

Easy long weekend

Perfect place for our annual trip with large friend group. Great location. Very easy. Parking availability was a plus as many of us were coming from different locations.

Thank you for your kind review… We really do try to keep it well appointed, and every year we try to do better… This year is reupholstering the west side, couch, and new couches for the east side since some very unfortunate couch happenings this season… I do apologize for the Routine exterminator for all things bugs and spiders… It was just an exterior treatment but I didn’t mean for you guys to have to even deal with that. Usually it’s inspection and then treatment but they’re under new management… Overall Helen said your family was just wonderful and two thumbs up from Helen means a lot. I hope it was a joyous reunion! Be well and laugh as often as possible! It beats the alternative! Becky

Great Visit!

We loved our visit! The location was great-- so close to the beach, plus walking distance to downtown Rehoboth for restaurants and shops. The home was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Thank you to Helen, who was such a lovely, cheerful, and entertaining welcome and send-off!

We had a great time - the property is in a great location. The bedrooms are small but we just sleep there and then we are either down in the common area together or out and about! The kitchens were fully stocked with everything we needed. The only down side is with 26 people, there could be more bathrooms but we made it work.

We hope the 5 five bathroom and 2 outdoor situation did not cramp your style and that the week was still relaxing and meaningful as a family. You did get some of the best weather to mark this summer.. Perfect location and plenty of space

We had quite a few teens and several singles so appreciated the 13 bedrooms. Also, nice to have 3 refrigerators and filtered water. We enjoyed all 19 of us eating in one room with plenty of plates, silverware, and cups.

Great Rental Property

Great place for a large group. The rental property was clean and provided all the necessary space and kitchen items needed. We enjoyed the rental property and would recommend it to any large group wanting to stay close to the ocean and main Rehoboth strip.

We loved our stay!

We had a big church group stay at this house. It was perfect. 2 kitchens made it really easy to cook meals for a big group. Plenty of rooms with comfy beds and pillows. It's really close to the beach and boardwalk. The host and the property manager were really pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!!

Amazing place for a large group

Our ultimate frisbee team had a great time staying at your place. The layout of the home was perfect. We were shocked with all the games, tables and kitchen space for us!! Would book this place again the next time we have a tournament in the area!

the perfect house for a large group

This was just perfect house for a large group of 10 or more. Two full kitchens, 2 full dining rooms (connected), and 2 full living areas. Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We look forward to coming back.

Great House

Big house with plenty of bedrooms for a large group. We had two multi-generational families and a couple of friends and for the first time ever there was no need to have anyone double up. Two kitchens and two living rooms were also great. Well maintained, clean, and well equipped property. Thanks for a great stay!

Homey Beach Cottage Feel with Many Amenities

We had a work retreat here, and it was perfect so that our 11 folks did not need to share bedrooms. Two kitchens! Big but separate areas for folks to group and chat, but everyone could also fit around the table. Also great was the ability to change temperature in each bedroom. Just right for us! Would book here again!

Holiday weekend get away

We stayed here the weekend after Thanksgiving with 21 ppl...13 kids and 8 adults. The location is fantastic and the house is perfect for so many people. We couldn't stop commenting on how it was just the perfect place for our large group. The house is perfectly appointed and has a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Surprisingly, for a household large, all the beds were very comfortable and the mattresses were not in bad shape. Parking was great and you are close to absolutely everything. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it!

Family reunion

Wonderful home for our family reunion! We’re a very close (and large!) blended family and we had plenty of space to be together or grab a little solitude. The house is adorably and comfortably furnished, like being on a tv set of the “classic” beach house. It’s well situated in Rehoboth … a couple of blocks from the beach and downtown. We all LOVED our time in this house. Helen who manages the property is a gem too!

SO MUCH FUN!

This house exceeded our expectations! Our week started with meeting Helen (she’s great) for check-in. Our accommodations fit our family to a tee. The bedrooms were very quiet, even with a heated game of Trivial Pursuit going on downstairs. We had family dinners each night. With two fully stocked kitchens, cooking for a large crowd was never an issue and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat together at the tables. Two outdoor showers helped to limit the amount of sand brought into the house. And the amount of beach chairs that were provided was a huge perk. We hope to make this our vacation home for years to come!

We too love that house when we pack our family in and we tried to make it everything that we love so that the moms don’t have to bring as much stuff and we try to think of everything. If you ever notice that there’s something we’re missing we always like the heads up because we can’t be there all the time to check on everything, but I’m so glad you found the charm that we love so much about that place… We would love to have you as part of our permanent Beach family!
