Our Luxurious condo is only a one block walk to the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. This private condo has a very cozy atmosphere which should put this condo at the top of your list for your next vacation! We are extremely close to four different lifts at Park City Mountain Resort! Our condo is the ideal place to unwind after a full day of skiing, mountain biking, shopping, or any of the many activities that are available throughout the Park City Area. The view from the private patio is fantastic, with exquisite views of the resort, town and the mountain itself for your wake-up in the morning. And of course a day after skiing would not be complete without a soak in your very own private hot tub.

This condo features:

It features 3 bedrooms/3 baths: Master bedroom with full bathroom and patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The final bedroom has two sets of queen sized bunk beds and its own bathroom. The condo is located just a short drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport (30 minutes). Sleeps 10 in beds.
The living room has an HDTV with DVD player. It contains a stereo system with IPod hook up and CD player. It is also a perfect getaway for a group of couples looking to have some fun! Children are welcome, but the renter must be over 21 years old. Pets and smoking are prohibited, no exceptions. We can make your vacation in Park City great for you! We can have the kitchen stocked with your favorite groceries and the cabinet stocked with your favorite wine, beer, or liquor. We can also help with ski rentals, recommendations, reservations, etc. JUST ASK!

I bought this property because of the skiing and the fact that it is so close to the airport. I don't have to worry about a long drive after a lot of travel and hassle. Who wants to get stressed out before they go skiing? And the skiing--there are a huge variety of runs all over the area. Plus, the very hills that make skiing so much fun during the winter make mountain biking fun as well. There's a ton of shopping and every recreational experience is available either in Park City or in Salt Lake City!!! There is so much fun available because of its central location.

Did I mention skiing? All the reasons I bought this are the unique benefits you'll find at my property. My windows have a view and the skiing is tremendous and close. My condo has a washer and dryer for any wet clothes, a full kitchen for large, hot, hearty meals, a wood-burning fireplace for cozying up, a hot-tub for soaking away the fun of the day......I love how everything I could want to do is within arm's reach!!
