Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the newly remodeled space is the perfect balance of modern amenities and historic charm! The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for all. All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. Off the living area you'll find a common half bathroom.
Around the corner is your unique and private suite. A queen sized bed, private balcony, and remote workspace are just a few perks of this suite. There is also en-suite full bathroom with large stand up shower.
The second bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a large Kohler soaker tub and the tile reveals a unique original inscription carefully preserved. All of this comfort and style just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!

This was an amazing stay near everything in Downtown Rockport. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the space as well as the walkability. The space was stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rockport.

This was a perfect location in the beautiful town of Rockport. We were able to easily walk to a multitude of shops and restaurants. The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location, comfort, and cozy historic charm of this VRBO was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. Keurig coffee maker and pods, french press, and everything needed to cook or bake. I'm a health shake gal and it even had a personal blender to make my shakes. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom plus a spare half bath. The tub in one bathroom was large and deep. Perfect after a cold day in Cape Ann. It's an easy walk to Bearskin Neck and all its food and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Happy the kitchen amenities—Keurig and pods, French press, personal blender—and the well-equipped cookware had everything you needed, and that having en-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms plus the extra half bath worked well. Pleased the deep tub was perfect after a cold day and that the short walk to Bearskin Neck and quiet, quaint neighborhood suited your stay. You’re welcome back anytime!

Waze, owned by Google, directed us to the back of the property with the address (Avenue vs. Street), but a very short drive around to the front and we were in. Lots of room on the top floor, quite cozy and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if possible and in the area.

Beautiful home! all the amenities that you need and it was immaculate!!! Great location, walking distance to everything! I highly recommend this property. The owners were very attentive to all my questions.

Rockport Getaway
A wonderful stay in Rockport! Unit was clean, well maintained and offered plenty of amenities. The location made access to stores and restaurants very easy! Owners were super and we highly recommend!
