FlyghtHouse | Private Pickleball & Luxe Amenities

Welcome to FlyghtHouse—one of Nashville's most iconic luxury vacation rentals. Equal parts luxury home and entertainment venue, FlyghtHouse has hosted album releases, music videos, corporate events, and unforgettable weekends for groups from around the country.

Inside you'll find 7 uniquely designed bedrooms, expansive gathering spaces, and more entertainment than you'll find in any rental in Nashville. Outside, your own private pickleball court, outdoor gym, oversized TVs, and entertaining space create a backyard unlike anything else in the city.

Whether your group spends the day exploring Nashville or never leaves the house, FlyghtHouse was built to bring people together. Watch the game on the massive living room TV, challenge your friends to pickleball or pool, cook dinner in the oversized kitchen, enjoy drinks around the indoor/outdoor bar, or end the night listening to vinyl through the whole-home Sonos system. Every space was designed with gathering, celebrating, & making memories in mind.

Upstairs you'll find 7 private bedrooms, each with its own distinct design and Smart TV. A dedicated makeup vanity room makes getting ready easy, while the flexible space with three twins is perfect for larger groups. With 7 bathrooms (4 en-suite) throughout the home, there's plenty of room for everyone.

The location is just as impressive. Walk to legendary Nashville favorites like Tin Roof, Losers, Odie's, Red Door, and dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, rooftops, and live music venues. Broadway, The Gulch, Vanderbilt, and downtown are all just minutes away. There truly isn't another home in Nashville quite like FlyghtHouse.
