This condo is so spacious; you really have room to spread out and be comfortable. We especially enjoyed the benefits of being able to park right outside the door as well as easily get outside through the patio doors (right by the pool!). Everything in the condo was perfectly clean and the unit itself is in great condition as is the complex. The host has provided everything you need for the beach - umbrellas, chairs, and a cart - (even toys and towels but we had brought our own). It is about an 8-minute walk to the beach following the path outlined in the information guide. The location is good, close to grocery stores, restaurants, not far from the fun & historic part of St. Augustine! I would stay here again!

Relaxation Destination

We loved our stay! The venue was perfect for our vacation. A short walk to the beach and the pool was very welcome on the hot days. We plan on returning!

Perfect location and family stay

We came down for vacation and also to visit family in the area, this was the perfect setup, close to the beach h and everything else on Anastasia Island, just off A1A. Host was very hospitable and quick to answer any questions. Will definitely return again!

Very nice place

I would definitely stay there again. There is really nothing negative to say about it. It was very clean, conveniently located near beach and not long of a drive to downtown St. Augustine.

This property was everything we hoped for. Clean, comfortable, beach access within walking distance!

The property had everything we needed the appliances are all updated. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes. It was very much like a home away from home! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great family vacation!

Cozy place with everything we needed. Pool is conveniently right out back and the beach is a short walk. Thanks for allowing me to bring my little pooch. It was a perfect home to spend time with my Family. Would stay again if we returned !

Perfect getaway

Absolutely perfect for our last minute trip to extend our vacation before heading home. The place was clean and well appointed. They had everything we needed for beach. Will keep in mind for our next quick getaway.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the condo. Unfortunately motor system broke down and they had to order parts. We did have a second really nice pool you pass on the way to ocean you could use just not as convenient as the one at your patio. Patty

Great stay!

We enjoyed this condo very much! Very clean! Short walk to the beach and had a cart for carrying items. We have three kids (4,6,8) who made the walk with no problem. We would consider booking this condo in the future. We have stayed a few condos here and this place is a great family destination.

Feels like home...

We had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. Pool and beach supplies. We even BBQ and made cupcakes. Being pet friendly was especially nice. Thanks so much.

Great Vacation

Beautiful, well-equipted condo. Had a fantastic stay. A little farther from the beach than website showed, but was able to drive our 4×4 to our beach location. Grown kids and grands loved it as well. The best dog friendly place that we've ever stayed. My George Harrison doggie loved it too. Do recommend this unit for families and pets!

Nice unit except the living room furniture was Very old, not comfortable at all, tv was very small, lots of stairs, carpet upstairs very old

You were not in The Villas of Ocean Gate 106! There are no stairs it is a ground floor unit. You were in another unit that does have a lot of stairs but is stated in advertisement. The only small TV is in the guest bedroom. The furniture is not old and shows just what it is in pictures. Patty

Enjoyable vacation

Condo was good. Faucet in kitchen loose. And handle in main bathroom shower loose. Loved having beach accessories to use. Overall experience was good. Would return again.

A great little spot

Our family of 6 enjoyed our 4 day stay at this condo. The unit was clean and well stocked, the k-cups were a nice touch for guests. The two roll away beds made it so all of our children could have a bed to sleep. The unit overlooked a small pool, the easy access made it a breeze to entertain our kids. The walk to the beach was pleasant and the beach wagon provided was a bonus! The unit was close to downtown St Augustine which allowed us to get out to see the oldest city in Florida. The property managers were incredibly helpful. We would highly recommend visiting this beach condo!

Great Gem of a Place

I’m always leery of places that allow pets (even though I’m the one bringing the pet) as most are not as clean as appear in the pictures. This place is AWESOME! It is exactly what it appears. Very roomy and comfortable. Super clean. Love how the cabinets and drawers are labeled so I know where to put things back. Plenty of places to walk the dog. Just amazing overall. If I had to come up with a negative...it would be the number of remotes for the TVs and my lack of knowledge on which to use and for what purpose. It took some time but we figured it out LOL! You can’t go wrong renting this condo. Thx for sharing it with us!

Villa 106 was a perfect size for our family and great to include our chihuahua. Proximity to the beach was about a 7 min walk and the pool and hot tub right out the back door. We enjoyed our stay.
