The backyard features a resort-like 50-foot lap pool with spa, expansive backyard with swing-set, and comfortable dining and seating areas to bask in the serenity of the lush towering trees and secluded space. Conveniently close to La Jolla's favorite Black's Beach; world-class surf, plus La Jolla Shores Beach just a short drive away. UCSD College Campus, Torrey Pines Glider Park and Golf Course, La Jolla Playhouse, Scripps Aquarium, Downtown La Jolla are all within a 10 minute drive to experience entertainment, shopping, movie theaters, dining, beach activities, and endless more.

This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices. Absolutely no parties or rowdy groups; this is closely monitored.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Perched high on the La Jolla cliffs, this secluded community is peaceful, unique, with a luxurious charming appeal. Enjoy this family-friendly neighborhood with some of the most traditional-equestrian style homes San Diego has to offer. Downtown La Jolla is less than 5 miles down the road- shopping, restaurants, galleries, and more. Blacks Beach, La Jolla Shores, and Torrey Pines are all within a 10 minute drive to boast your ideal coastal San Diego stay in the one-of-a-kind La Jolla Farms neighborhood.
