We had an amazing stay! The hosts were very accommodating and made everything so easy for our large family. The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. It was the perfect place for our family to spend time together and make wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home to other large families! And the sunset were an added, plus! Just amazing!

We stayed here with our group of 21 people for a conference and had the BEST time. The location was perfect: 15 minute drive to everything (including nice beaches), walkable coffee shops, and every sunset was breathtaking. The house itself was great to fit all of us, and when something would go wrong the host Joseph was very responsive and helpful. For instance the circuit in the kitchen was not working after flipping breakers, and Joseph had an electrician out there that same day and fixed it. The place is STOCKED with linens which was very helpful for our large group. I would absolutely recommend staying here to a friend and will be back when the conference returns to San Diego in 3 years!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was awesome. We had ocean sunsets every night. The house was as described and fit everyone perfectly. The kids loved the pool. The only thing that would have made it better was AC.

Plenty of rooms and beds for our large family. Good location. Walking paths across the street for the cliffs. They had everything we needed at the house including toiletries and everyday essentials. Pool and hot tub were great as well

I want to stress how good Joseph, the host, was in our week stay there. If we needed something, he was on it immediately. This is an older property and is not without it signs of ageing, but it was fantastic in what it offered. We did ALOT of cooking both inside and outside. He made sure we had plenty of propane tanks before we arrived. The amount of kitchen tools, pots and pans , dishes and glasses, bath and pool towels, extra linens and everything else was more than I have ever seen when renting these types of places. We were a party of 13 and with so many beds and bedrooms, we were able to make everyone comfortable. The weather for our week was perfect, but there were more than plenty of fans, if needed. The pool and hot tub were a bit hit, along with the fire pit table on the front porch (propane already hooked up). Check out was easy, just follow the paper Joseph gives you and you'll have no problems.

The views are amazing! The pool and spa were a big plus. Everyone had a great time. The location is close to everything. 15 minutes to the airport. 20 minutes to the Zoo. 15 minutes to downtown. Definitely will come back again.

The views were stunning in this well appointed home. Plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. Our grandsons (age 3) loved the boxes of toys. Joseph was very responsive to any issues we had.

Perfect location for our entire family

We had 12 adults and 6 children and all were comfortable with enough room that we could be all together. We had a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful family vacation on the cliffs!

Villa Magnifica was perfect for our family. The location is ideal and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We were a group of 13 people, including six kids and seven adult. This house was the most well provisioned of any I have stayed at. There was space for everyone in the various rooms and the two decks.

Best vacation!

Combined 5 families, to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was perfect for our situation. The pool/hot tub was awesome, the ocean view from the front deck was spectacular. Thank you for honestly making our dreams come true!

Unbelievable views, plenty of space. It really does fit as many people as it says it does. We stayed here with our wedding party and it was a truly magical experience. One negative to be aware of is that you can't use the pool at night. Although it got chilly enough in the evening that we wouldnt have used the pool anyway.

Great family space!

This Sunset Cliffs home was wonderful for our extended family reunion. Enough space for everyone to get away when needed, and at the same time gathering areas in the family room, pool, and front porch. Highly recommend!

As expected, there are pros and cons about this home. There is a lot of space for a large group, and the layout is nice. Having a pool close by was awesome, and from our experience, there was no need to pay to heat the pool if visiting during the summer. The outdoor plants were beautiful and amazing. The outdoor view of the ocean never disappointed. The front outdoor furniture was very nice.On the other hand, the beds and furniture were pretty uncomfortable, and the blue room's bed frame sounded like it would break if there was much pressure on it. We found several dead spiders in corners and in the toy closet (but I guess that is better than living spiders). Knowing there was no A/C beforehand would probably have changed our decision to stay there. We had many fans that had to run all day and night, but that was annoying. We felt worried that the neighbors would report us to the police if our kids were loud at the pool because of the caution at check-in. Much of the home was very dated in decor. But it depended on the room; some were updated, and some weren't. The large front windows were either very old or very dirty. For how much we paid to stay there, we were surprised that the windows were in such bad shape, and there were no shades to pull when it was super sunny. Most remotes didn't work, so we had to purchase batteries for them and go around the house matching them to the correct TVs. One of the washers had mold.These are things we wish we would have known before.

great home in a great location

this home was great for our large group! we enjoyed walking the cliffs and being so close to the ocean and beach. the front porch was an amazing hangout. management was very helpful. would come back again!

Amazing

Location location location literally the ocean was right across the street. The host was welcoming. the house was beautiful furniture a little outdated but comforter and served the purpose plenty of linen and towels. The kitchen had all amenities. Overall looking forward to our next booking

Friends get together.

There were 12 of us staying here and there was room for all. The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, lines and towels. We did not want for anything. The view here is spectacular and the manager was very responsive to our needs.
