Very clean, close to snowy range ski area

Impressed how clean this rental was. Perfect place with teen or older kids. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Thankful they had complimentary shampoo/conditioner because i forgot mine. We went to Snowy Range ski area from the townhome it was 45 minutes. Very easy drive from there. Highly recommend this rental.

This was a great stay. Two upstairs bedrooms both with full bathrooms. Main floor had living, kitchen and half bath, basement had two bedrooms (one with full bath) and washer/dryer. The host communicates immediately. There is plenty of parking for the unit.

Perfect for the weekend

Cute townhome close to UW and the stadium. Worked perfectly for the weekend. Property was clean, warm and inviting. Johna was very communicative and answered messaged very quickly. Would love to stay here again!

Nice spot with plenty of room

We really appreciated having private bathrooms upstairs. Check in and out was easy and communication with the host was always prompt and helpful!

Townhouse with a view

Bedrooms were nice with new linen and towels. There was 1 hanger in most closets- one had 4. Bathrooms were clean - but no soap or shampoo. Kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful walking trails right across the street! Back door slider had no lock- a board was placed in the floor track. Back fence was propped up with a 2x4.

Townhouse with walking trail

The townhouse slept a lot of people for its size, but the rest of the house couldn’t handle that many people. The neighborhood was a little sketch. But the walking trail across the road was amazing!! We only slept there so it was perfect for us. And we only had 2 couples.

Great place to get dressed up for a wedding.

Each couple had their own bathroom, getting dressed up for a wedding in thai csuper clean townhouse was easy.

Great location

We were very close to all of the things we wanted to do. Golf, baseball fields, movie theater, leap ninja warrior for the kids and the walking path right out the front door was awesome. It was very hot our first day and the fans were not quite enough, especially in the upstairs rooms. One room was missing the screen so we could not leave the window open very far. The only down fall was the neighbors dog that ran circles in the tiny yard and barked at all hours. The smell was a bit much from that yard as well.

Beautiful Park - Close to the fun

We enjoyed our stay. the house was clean. The hiking trail across the street is amazing... close to everything we needed. Communication from the owner was amazing!

Had a great time!

This was a great location for a Laramie visit focused on activities in town and hiking out of town. The weekend we visited was unseasonably hot (low to mid 90s) so that was a bit uncomfortable temp wise, but the basement bedrooms stayed cool and everything else was wonderful!

Nice Townhouse, a Few Caveats

Pros: - Clean, well decorated - Great hiking trails nearby - Good communication from host Cons: - No AC, got pretty hot during the summer - Several bedrooms had no screens on windows so could not open windows at night (mosquitoes) - Didn't feel unsafe, but neighborhood is a little rough in spots - Sliding glass door doesn't have a lock. Wood board keeps it shut. Overall decent place to stay while in town. Great for large groups.

Swim Meet

We had our family and grandparents stay at this property for a Swim Meet. It was close to everything. There is not a bedroom on the main level so if you are having elderly staying with you, the stairs might be a problem. But for us it was perfect. Nice having all the bathrooms. :) We will stay here again!

Nice family time!

It was nice and clean but no air conditioning. and a lot of steps. Having said this, if these things don't bother you.it is a nice place!. Wonderful area to walk and enjoy the outdoors. The yard had a lot of dog poop that had not been cleaned up.
