Nicholas was a fantastic host who is very communicative and makes the check in process smooth. The property was clean and cute, the bed, super comfortable. I will be staying here again.

Overall, we had a great stay! The home was very clean, felt safe, and was conveniently located near plenty of attractions and amenities. The host was also very responsive and communicative throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the furniture, as we found it to be quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to fully relax during our downtime. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience! I would give this property a solid 4 stars.

Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. They made sure to attend to all our needs. The home was quite comfortable and the big backyard was wonderful for our two pups. We hope to use this property again.

Weekend stay

We had a great time in this nicely updated home. Plenty of room for our toddler to run around and the trundle bed was perfect. We had every amenity we could think of!

We loved it here! Home away from home. Dogs loved the large fenced in backyard. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed was super comfy. It was nice having a washer and dryer. Hosts kept in contact and were friendly and attentive to our needs. Only notes would be a TV in the bedroom would be nice, but we managed just fine.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still being quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was outstanding throughout the entire process. They were responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out completely seamless.We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

Cozy house in the center of town!

This was the perfect spot to stay while visiting some old friends in the area. There were lots of places to eat around. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and well-stocked. And our dog absolutely loved the backyard!

Clean, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen items/condiments to avoid eating out for every meal, walkable to Bass Pro to wander, big fenced in backyard where my daughter spend most of her time. If you forgot to pack anything, it’s probably there!

Short Trip

Our host had the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced out of all of our other rentals! The location was perfect. It’s close to everything you need or want. It felt like home, and it was CLEAN. That is so very important.

Clean well-appointed home

Very clean home. All necessary items well stocked and easy to find. Comfortable beds with great linens. Nice shaded backyard. Quiet neighborhood walking distance from Bass Pro. Fantastic host with excellent communication throughout entire process.

The house is perfect for families to stay and take in the sites of Springfield. We often visit our kids and grandkids and this was very close to them. We love the central location and the quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well furnished. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. We would stay here again!
