Boho 2 Bed 2 Bath w/ Deck & Fire Pit - 4 Mins to Downtown - Kid & Dog Friendly

Whitney, I'm so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay with us during Easter! Thanks for your kind words.

Thank you for your feedback, Amy, and for highlighting the smooth check-in, communication, and listing accuracy. We understand the West Central neighborhood may not be the right fit for every traveler, which is why we try to be very transparent in our listing description about the area being older, diverse, and up-and-coming while still being just minutes from downtown Springfield. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed home with amenities that are difficult to find in many centrally located properties, including 2 full baths, a large fenced yard, and kid- and pet-friendly features. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your experience.

Thank you so much, Melinda! We are glad you had a comfortable time with us.

Thanks for staying with us & for taking the time to share your thoughts! We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed your visit overall, but we’re sorry that the mattress didn’t quite suit you. We did our best to select highly rated, well-reviewed mattresses, but we know comfort preferences can vary person to person. That’s why we like to offer a variety of pillows (soft to medium to firm) to help make things a little more customizable for each guest. Thanks again for your feedback & stay!

We’re really sorry you ran into these issues during your stay. The master bedroom TV is a Smart TV that should be connected to the internet for apps like Netflix or Hulu, and it may have just needed to be reconnected if a previous guest unplugged it. We wish you had reached out so we could have helped get it working right away. We haven’t had any prior issues with the hall bath or water heater, but we take your experience seriously and will make sure it’s checked and addressed. We lived in this neighborhood for a couple of years and have always felt safe and comfortable, though we understand that everyone’s experience can feel different. As for the dogs barking, while we can’t control that, we do provide a noise machine in the master bedroom and earplugs in every nightstand to help our guests sleep more comfortably.
