Enjoy the quiet, peaceful setting of this Resort Villa that is just minutes away from the beautiful white sand of Miramar Beach!  It is the perfect combination with a private and quiet location that is within walking distance to the beach! You can have the luxury of a beach vacation without the crowds of a high rise condomimum and having to wait for an elevator. The unit is updated with all new appliances including washer and dryer. It features 2 bedrooms with a King sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom

The location was great. Not having a key to keep track of was great. I love the door keypads. Though the main areas were fairly clean, several areas had clearly not been cleaned in some time. There was sand in much of the unit. The kitchen was nice, but extremely limited it what was available. There are no mixing bowls and only one serving dish. Some of the pots are old and rusty.

Seascape villa 4c

Outstanding location. Seascape property in Miramar Beach is a jewel in this area. Very private and friendly area. The views are great. Great area for walking and bike riding. Golf course is in great shape, and reasonably priced greens fees.3D Beach Rentals are outstanding to work with. They are on the scene immediately to help if you have any issues, with very friendly dispositions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large recently renovated condo on the golf course. Secluded and private. Just what we were looking for as well as we could bring our dog. Several pet waste stations in area. Loved pool and overall location near beach and fav restaurants. Condo was very clean but it had been awhile since anyone was there. Lots of bedding and linens. A little sparse on cooking items and cleaning products for long stay residents like us. TJ and 3D were exemplary with help when needed. We will be back next year and appreciate 3Ds affordability and working with us to find what we were looking for!
