We booked this house for three couples and a friend to celebrate a 40th birthday. It was perfect! The house was beautiful. The views were amazing! And the proximity to activities, restaurants, etc. in South Lake Tahoe was walkable in some cases and a short Uber drive away to everything else. We will definitely book again.

This was a beautiful property and centrally located. It was even nicer than the pictures depicted. There is a grocery store across the street and amazing sunset views from the balcony!

We loved this South Lake Tahoe location, close to all the best restaurants, shopping and tourist spots in SLT yet a very quiet and picturesque retreat. The accommodations were so nice- beds had great blankets and linens, furniture was comfortable for lounging and enjoying TV and family downtime. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. We haven't stay in a VRBO that felt this well appointed like home. Plan to re-book this Summer.

Quiet & Beautiful In the Middle of Everything

Top notch accomodations with amazing views in a very peaceful surrounding. So close to beaches, restaurants and shops that you can walk to many. Also, easy drive to kayaking and Emerald Bay. We really couldn't ask for a better vacation home.

Family ski trip

We loved our property and trip! It was beautiful, clean and large enough for my family of 5 young adults. The views were amazing! Everything was convenient and perfect at the condo. We would love to stay there again!

sunset and water views

Our family enjoyed staying in this fun location on the water with amazing sunset views. All was what we wanted and more... so comfortable and perfect location to shopping and restaurants. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful Property

This was an amazingly relaxing and beautiful property that we enjoyed very much. Close to the action (restaurants, etc) with nice walking paths as well. Grocery store across the street. Great place.

Beautiful Property - Great Location

Steve was a great host and easy to work with. From the minute we arrived we were happy with the cleanliness of the property. It had everything we needed and was easy access to the state line area. Plenty of space for our group of 8 adults.

Superb luxury stay

Yes, it’s pricey, but we wanted for nothing. Location was fantastic, marred only slightly by US 50 at our back—but not near the lake view. :-) beautifully appointed kitchen that we took full advantage of. The very nearby excellent wine bar and fun tiki bar were icing on the cake.

Summer vacay

We had grandparents, adult children, spouses and a grand baby. The condo was very spacious and everyone loved the back deck and the beautiful lake view. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was very walkable to restaurants and such.

Everything that you could hope for it

Had wondered what was the big fuss over Lake Tahoe to brave those famous traffic jams from the Bay Area. But staying at this property really highlights all that South Lake Tahoe has the offer. The views could hardly be better. The place offers luxury, modern aesthetics. No hesitation to recommend and hope to stay there again.
