Lovely family getaway

The ferry was close, the deck was beautiful, and the host was very accommodating for us. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Relaxing stay in excellent location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Great location within walking distance of meals and beverages; great sunsets from balcony/deck; very quiet; clean; very nice and responsive host. Highly recommend for weekend getaway. Note the Cape Vincent USA ferry is out of service; access only from Kingston ferry.

Beautiful Lakeside Getaway

We had the most wonderful and relaxing time on Wolfe Island. Rebecca you were a wonderful host and the shopkeepers apartment was a dream come true for us! Cozy, Quiet, Serene and the beds were a dream. Already looking forward to our next visit.

stay on wolfe island

We spent 4 nights at the shopkeepers apartment. It was our first trip to the thousand islands and it was interesting and fun. The apatment is clean and elegant with nice sheets and comfy beds. Rebecca is a lovely host. Big sandy bay beach was great.

Shopkeepers apartment

Place was great! Beautiful view of saint lawrence river and kingston. My only negative would be lighting in the unit was too dim.

Four of us, 2 older couples, spent ten wonderful days here. The location is perfect - in the little town of Marysville, convenient for buying food, eating out and taking the ferry. The ferry to Kingston is free and runs about every half hour. Once in Kingston it's not far from the interesting center of town. There are dining out possibilities in Marysville - we ate at the Wolfe Island Hotel and were impressed with the welcome and the quality of the food. We spent hours on the balcony, just listening to birds and watching the ferry and the weather. The apartment itself is cozy, extremely well renovated - the bathrooms and kitchen are modern while the rest has kept a lot of the character of a "Shopkeepers Apartment". We were looking for rest and relaxation and definitely got what we wanted. Communication was exemplary.

Perfect location

Thank you Rebecca for being such a wonderful host . The apartment was spotless on our arrival and it had everything we needed for the few days we stayed . Such a wonderful location , we enjoyed the view from our deck and living room window seeing the ferry come and go and seeing the Kingston skyline lit up in the evening. We loved the island and the beautiful wildlife , everything from hawks, deer , many different birds and even four raccoons crossing the road in front of us and many local cows and horses . We will be looking forward to returning again and exploring the island in different seasons . Theresa and Joe
