Originally built in 1926, this well-appointed home boasts wood flooring, stunning archways, plenty of natural light, and private outdoor spaces. You will be located in the Old Northwood neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes from the beach. You’re also within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, and art galleries at Northwood Village.

This snowbird-friendly property is composed of a two-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guest home, an excellent setup for an extended family. As you step inside the main house, you'll be greeted by an inviting interior is filled with fresh upgrades and pleasant artwork. Kick back and unwind in the living area and stream all your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Roku and cable. Create favorite recipes using upgraded stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, then serve meals at the elegant six-seat dining room table. Sip morning coffee on the covered front porch overlooking the tranquil neighborhood. Fire up the gas grill on the back patio and dine alfresco at the dining table; twinkling string lights illuminate this intimate outdoor space. There is no need to pack all of your clothes! This charming home is equipped with a private washer/dryer that will make laundry a breeze!

The guest, two-bedroom home has its own patio to enjoy al fresco meals during coastal evenings. Inside, you'll find a convenient and sparkling full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The living area may not be as big as the main home's, but it definitely offers a cozy space to unwind and also stream your favorite series or movies on the Smart TV with Roku.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
