If you're lucky, you may even spot a dolphin or a manatee! When you aren't utilizing the home's kayaks or dock, check out the nearby marina for rentals, Hudson Beach for a day spent in the sand, Nearby Water Park, and the city's abundance of restaurants, and shops. Bright and cheerful, the interior of your stay is a place of warm welcomes. Sit and relax with your loved ones in the spacious living room while tuning into your favorite TV show or movie. The adjacent brand new well-equipped chefs kitchen provides a pleasant place to cook when you aren't eating out, and dining comes easy at the 10’ island or quaint dining table, or alfresco when you don't want to miss out on the views. Follow the charming nautical decorations into each of the bedrooms, both adorned with soft linens and tasteful decorations. This is a very nice, clean home in a great location. We really enjoyed relaxing by the canal and taking walks down to the Hudson beach park. The entire house was very comfortable and equipped very nicely. The month went by too fast, but hopefully, another time, we can stay again.

The host was very responsive. The unit was spacious and clean and within walking distance to a few great restaurants. It was chilly when we were there, so we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of other amenities.

We rented this home for 4th of a July weekend/scalloping trip and had an incredible stay. The home was clean, beautiful and spacious. Full kitchen for cooking and grilling with everything we needed. We brought our 25’5 ft offshore boat and had plenty of room for trailer parking and 3 vehicles in drive way. The boat dock is a 2 minute drive from the boat ramp which was very convenient for putting in and out. You can actually see the boat ramp from the dock which was nice as we could see how busy it was at the time we needed to take boat in/out. Boat fit perfectly at dock; the dock is a floating dock so tides coming in and out wasn’t a stressor - we could just tie up and relax. We didn’t use the jacuzzi as it was hot out but it looked very clean, and great option for cooler night stay. Also has a fire pit on the boat dock which was a great bonus. Host was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed anything. Beds VERY comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay in Hudson

The house was very clean and in a great location. The host was great at communicating and responding quickly when I had questions. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Nice home and neighborhood

Very nice home and quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close and several withing walking distance. We had car trouble and the hosts went above and beyond to help us!

Very cute place right on the water, was able to keep my boat at the floating dock attached to the back of the property. Public launch is located. Literally right around the corner. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is super comfortable and beautifully decorated. We appreciated that our Watson (20lb dog) was welcome. We loved the view from the large siding glass door, the water is so close! The home is convenient to all our favorite places in Hudson! Sam's, Hudson Beach Ice Cream Parlor, JustBe Wellness (massage), and of course the Gulf. We enjoyed sunsets from the gas fire pit on the dock, from the warm waters of the hot tub and even walked to the water front park at Hudson Beach for one. The bed and pillows we used were comfortable as were the showers. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals and the gas grill seems brand new. Check out instructions were clear and reasonable. The host was very responsive when needed. This was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We would stay here again if available.

Great Place

This was are second stay and would definitely stay again. The kitchen and bathroom upgrades were very nice and the house is very conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. Love the dock for the boat. The house was very clean. We had a great time. We had so much to do we didn’t even get to use the hot tub. Loved the new plants outside .Thank you very much Sandra!! You are a gracious host!!

Month long stay

Great communications with property owner. Super easy check-in/out. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat/drink. The place was mostly redone since a hurricane a few months before. Lots of work went into it. Still some work to be done but didn't affect our stay. Nice to relax out back on the patio area or on the dock. Did see a dolphin in the canal one day and others over by Hudson Beach area.

Great Stay

We just loved this place from the minute you walk in. The smell was fresh and the place was clean. The home had a definite beach theme and stocked with just about everything you would need for a vacation on the water. The beds we comfortable. The back patio was nice. Loved sitting out there in the morning with my cup of coffee watching the wildlife. We even had a few manatees come by. It was nice to have the dock for loading and unloading the boat. It was a great location. Just a short walk to restaurants' and the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and very gracious. I have nothing negative to say about the place. We will defiantly stay here again.

Professionally done

I travel a lot, and I have stayed in hundreds of motels and condos. This place was a great surprise to me. Way above expectations. Professionally decorated. So, very clean. The linens are top quality as were the beds and mattresses. Furniture was all of the same style, not a mix match of hand me downs like you see at some places. Nice little fishing community. Neighbors were great. We had to leave half way through our stay because of hurricane Idalia. I sure hope your house wasn't damaged.
