Bring your boat or rent nearby and pull up to your own dock. Five minutes on main canal to the Gulf of Mexico. Caged Heated Swimming pool and spa
Cathedral ceilings in living area with a cozy sunken conversation area with wood burning fireplace.
Huge master bedroom, with king bed and a wood burning fireplace. One queen bedroom and one with twin beds; another has a single bed.
New remodeled eat-in kitchen. Your own Tiki bar and game room . Nicely landscaped with front and back terraces and tropical fruit trees.
You can fish off the dock (4 fishing poles provided) and sometimes catch a glimpse of dolphins or manatees swimming by.
Hernando Beach is a small town in rural Hernando County. where you will not find throngs of tourists, You can bike, walk ,fish in the 11,000 acre Weeki Wachee Preserve's trails, lakes and beautiful landscape. Two bicycles are provided and the entrance to Weeki Wachee Preserve bike trails and a few blocks away.
Rent a kayak and paddle the Weeki Wachee River. Pine Island Beach is nearby and there is great fishing in Linda Pederson Park Visit World famous Weeki Wachee Springs Park, home of the mermaids with its beautiful water park.
Only 40 minutes from Tampa Bay and one and a half hours from Disney Orlando. Great local restaurants dot the area.

Loved this property! It was great for our family and pets! Everything was comfortable and clean. The access to the ramp and private dock were ideal for visiting the flats. Linda was amazing! Very attentive and accommodating! The screened, heated pool was the perfect cherry on top for our staycation this weekend. Will definitely be back!

While we enjoyed our 3 night stay there were issues with the house. The location was good, there was alot of room in the house for the 6 of us. But the dishwasher didn't work. The pool area was not clean. There were German roaches all over the kitchen. We threw away alot of food because we didn't want to chance the possibility of the roaches getting into the food. The owner did say the dishwasher was being fixed and she was getting the bug guy in there to spray the house. But that wasn't much help to us on our vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The pool and the hot tub were our favorite parts of the property, they exceeded our expectations and were so handy to have right off the kitchen for our kids to plan. Plan. We loved that it was enclosed and were even able to use it on one of the Rainier days. We used the grill often, and even cooked up some of the fish we caught right off of the dock! We loved having the crab traps as well and even caught a few! We felt very relaxed in the area as we prefer calmer, less touristy areas. Being within a couple miles of the weeki wachee River was amazing. We brought our own kayaks and were able to take day trips down. The river saw multiple manatees, we even saw some in the park nearby! The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. There were multiple little restaurants nearby that we enjoyed as well. We loved the size of the home, it can accommodate large parties if needed. So way more than we needed, but we did enjoy having the space. We loved using the bar area with the kids. They had fun making up fun little mocktails to have out by the pool. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Worked out perfect for a weekend stay after a cruise. It was nice being on the canal and having a pool to relax in. The inside was nice. I was born and raised in springhill and love the houses out in Hernando beach. There’s plenty of room for big families who are traveling. We had 2 adults, 2 17 year olds a 15 year old and a 11 year old. The kids could go take a nap and not be bothered by their siblings. When you go on a cruise you need some relaxation afterwards. And this was perfect and exactly what we needed.

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our 9 day stay here. The house was perfect for us. Dock for our boat, pool to cool off in and lots of room inside. No complaints here!

Linda was very responsive. There was an electrical problem causing only half power which was on the electric company side. She contacted an electrician and it was fixed asap unfortunately we were not able to use the pool until Thursday as it wouldn’t heat up due to electrical issues. We were refunded a small portion of the

Good bang for your buck

Cute home… very spacious… awesome pool and dock… air conditioner is a little undersized for the house but owner was wonderful about getting someone there to fix it… kitchen is a little small and needs more pots and pans… we would stay here again… Linda is great!

Best vacation yet!

Loved this place, near shopping, golfing, kayaking, walking, Robert's Smokin'BBQ, everything! Beautiful sunsets nearby. The pool and spa are fabulous.

The property was as described and Linda was extremely responsive. The pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

Great Relaxing Stay

Close to the mermaids

The house was as described. It was able to accommodate our family. We chose this location to be close to the park. It is a walkable neighborhood, which was great for our dog.

Wonderful vacation and home!

To start, the price was amazing for a whole week! The property manager, Linda, was so sweet, very communicative and helpful! The house was great, we all enjoyed the pool and caught several fish off the dock! The house stayed kind of warm the whole week but the weather was super hot and humid so I think it was just struggling to keep up. We loved staying here! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable and had plenty of room! Thank you so much for a wonderful home to stay in! Many memories made!
