Beautiful condo in a fantastic location

The apartment was beautifully furnished and was in a great location close to everything. Beds were super comfy.

Balloon Fiesta stay

This was a beautiful home in a really good location. It was close enough to everything but far enough away that we didn’t fight parking, traffic or crowds.

This is a great place to stay! We loved the open floor plan and large windows on the first floor. The home has everything you need, including nice bedding and fluffy towels. While you can’t really walk anywhere, you are a very short drive to the plaza, canyon road, meow wolf, the farmer’s market and other attractions; so the location was great! The hosts are very responsive and the place was very clean. Would definitely recommend it!

Very Nice Place

Everything was good about this stay. The communication from the management was impeccable and the lockbox check in worked perfectly. The condo was well furnished, light, airy, clean and in a great location - walking distance to the Railyards and Clafoutis. Would definitely rent it again.

Lovely stay, It was impressive how every single need you’d want was furnished. The unit isserviced by an exterior elevator which helps withluggage and groceries. Parking just a few moresteps away.Cleanliness was impeccable and the response timeand answers from management was immediate.

An amazing weekend at Marquez Place

Beautiful 2nd floor condo. Perfect for 2 couples. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Easy access with elevator to 2nd story. Plenty of parking close. Great restraunts close. Breakfast burritos available outside the condo in parking lot. The next time we stay in Santa Fe we will try to rent this place again.

Great Stay in Santa Fe

This property was absolutely pristine and matched everything we saw online. Clean beyond belief and check-in was flawless. The key to our comfort was the great communication with the owner. A refrigerator failed before our arrival (a replacement was provided). Any questions or inquiries we had were immediately answered. The locations is perfect for day trips and a short 5 minuted drive to the Plaza. A great loft, with a view, experience.

Host had excellent check-in and check-out instructions and very responsive to our questions. Condo was well supplied with kitchen items, coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Beds were very comfortable and everything worked as advertised.Only complaints were: The mountain views were excellent from afar but the condo was in a commercial area and the balcony was right over a parking lot, the sofa cushions need replacing (saggy), wooden deck to the front door had loose floor boards and needed staining, and the elevator and grounds needed more upkeep. These were probably items the condo association should maintain (?). Lastly being in a commercial area we felt safer driving to historical district and Rail yard which had hoped to walk.

We spoke with the HOA about repairs and we actually have the wooden deck repair for renovation scheduled this week and working on the other concerns. Birthday Month in The Land of Enchantment

Extremely well appointed. Hosts anticipated our needs & provided everything required for our stay. I stayed 1 month in celebration of a milestone bday. Loved ones came thru out month to experience things I love in the place I love. The location of this unit was perfection! The morning sunrise views and evening sunset views were breathtaking, like living in a 3D, ever-changing painting! I will absolutely recommend this unit to Santa Fe travellers!

The condo is decorated nice and is clean. Very easy to work with. Check in was smooth. Management company provided great suggestions on things to do.Only issue was volume did not work on one of TVs.
