The house was an excellent get away from the downtown area. It was so peaceful and calm. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need.

Beautiful comfortable home! Shared the space with two traveling friends and it was perfect for hanging out, listening to music and just chatting. Nice to be a little out of town. Very quiet.

Beautiful property but some of the lamps didn’t work and there is no privacy between bedrooms due to gaps in the rustic floor boards. We would have loved to have a fire but the lighters were empty of fuel. However, the furnishings are luxurious and the location is wonderful.

Thank you Sarah for your thoughtful review. I am so sorry about not having lighters. David would have been more than happy to have brought you one. That’s what he is there for. To aid and assist. I wish I knew what lamp didn’t work If it was the one in the living room it has a special slide dimming mechanism on the cord that operates it. I will check the others. As to privacy, I will check that out. I had no idea that the small open spaces in the antique wood floor could be looked up into. I am happy you liked the property and the interiors. Thank you

Amazing location!

Amazing location half-way up the road to the ski basin which makes it perfect for hiking, the short drive into Santa Fe, or walking across the road to the Ten Thousand Waves spa. The house is cozy and has a great patio for enjoying dinners or morning coffee.

Property was exactly the relaxing oasis we were looking for. Rustic decor makes you feel like old Santa Fe. Property stocked with daily necessities, coffee, sugar, pastries and water.

Very Relaxing

We had a wonderful time! The home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed! Our family fit perfectly and the location was amazing! Enjoyed visit to 10,000 waves. We will be back!

Weekend trip to Santa Fe

I visit Santa Fe often to shop, attend concerts, dine, car service, etc.. Thus I have stayed in a lot of places. Our stay was a treat. In a beautiful area literally right across the street from 10k waves. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated, lovely linens and bath essentials from Los poblanos. We have never stayed away from the square. It was an easy drive into town and a much quieter location. The restaurant at 10k waves was excellent and a short walk across the street. We will be back.

This is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed at. Very clean and accommodating space. The cultural aesthetic of the property is beautiful. The location is serene and peaceful tucked in the Santa Fe mountains. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back anytime I’m in Santa Fe!
