Great stay, we were close to many amenities and the area was safe and quite. The house was spacious and well decorated. The couch and beds were cozy. Overall a great stay.

Perfect location and accommodations

This was an excellent choice for three generations of adults and children. Easy access to restaurants and sight seeing excursions. Lots of room and sitting area for gathering. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful spacious home. A friend's wedding brought us to Lafayette they rented a very large house in close proximity but our 10yr old granddaughter couldn't wait to get back to the peace and comfort of this home! A perfect host great communication and definitely met all of our needs. Highly recommend*****

Great property in a great location!

My family really enjoyed our Christmas holiday stay at this home- it was lovely and met all of our needs 100%. Would recommend to anyone looking for a four bedroom rental.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Although the home is beautiful, it needs some TLC. Upon arrival, the grass needed mowing, walls and floors were dirty, and black debris was present in a bedroom closet. Both bathrooms were particularly concerning, with dirty floors, buildup around the bathtub, and showers that appeared inadequately cleaned. The master shower also contained numerous used toiletries. We were uncomfortable showering due to these conditions.Only two large towels per bedroom were readily available, forcing us to purchase additional towels. On checkout morning, we discovered smaller towels in the master bedroom dresser, which should have been stocked in the bathrooms. Even more concerning, someone’s worn lingerie was left in a dresser drawer. The pillows need replacing, additional blankets would be helpful, and the exterior needs attention.It was frustrating to receive checkout instructions emphasizing preparation for incoming guests when the home appeared unprepared for our arrival. However, the owner responded to my concerns, apologized, and assured me these issues would be addressed with the cleaning team.I appreciate his response and hope improvements are made. This property has great potential, but cleanliness and attention to detail should be priorities.

We came to town to celebrate the birth of a brand new granddaughter. We spent a lot of time at the house with this new baby. The things that kept us from giving 5 stars were lack of towels, a non-responsive host when we needed to check-in early, poor pillow quality, and no hot water (switch in closet was off).Location and other amenities were excellent.

Best Spot in Lafayette!

We had a great time at this quiet and qaint location! Its right in the heart of Lafayette but without the danger! Clean and pristine! Stocked with cooking equipment and utensils as well as everything you would need on a vacation!

ULL Graduation

Property location is within 15 min of downtown Lafayette. Easy drive to Cajun Field and UL campus. Property was clean and sufficiently furnished with everything needed. Host was very accommodating and provided excellent communication. Would consider staying here again.

Fun time

Aside from a few minor things (trash left on washer/dryer and near the bbq pit and some dusty baseboards) everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again!

Really great house in Lafayette and close to all areas. Lots of space for our family who stayed here and an overall cute house! My only feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the home. There were a lot of scuffs and marks/damage on the walls throughout the home which made it seem like it wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

Fun lafayette trip

First, I would like to say the home is beautiful and clean and modern. We loved the living room area and kitchen. The host was great in explaining how to enter the home. The only reason we gave it 4stars is because the beds were extremely uncomfortable. All the beds were very firm. And we should have brought our own pillows, we had to use the pillows on the sofa to get fairly comfortable.

The location of the house is great, and upon first glance the house is very nice. After further inspection, the cleanliness of the house was very poor. There was a dust an inch thick on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the kitchen counters had not been cleaned in a while, the baseboards in the guest bathroom were covered in dust, the tubs had to be cleaned before use, the lint trap in the dryer was full of lint, and there were ants in the bedrooms
