Lovely Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was amazing from beginning to end. Ali’i staff were outstanding, they replied promptly with questions and issues we had. Hats off! The only thing I can suggest is to clean the floors and carpets. We took our shoes off because it’s the island way and our feet’s got really dirty. Overall Five Stars!

Place accommodated the 10 people and had more than enough room. It was a small couch for the kids to watch tv in the living room but besides that place was great.

We really enjoyed our two-week stay. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had wonderful views. Most of the furniture was very comfortable, including the outdoor furniture.There were a few things that could have made our stay even better. The hot water heater stopped working on arrival day, but management responded promptly and eventually determined the timer was the issue.The dryer did not work properly, and the ice maker and vacuum cleaner did not work at all. For a two-week stay, only three dishwasher pods seemed insufficient. More large mixing bowls and enough coffee mugs for the maximum occupancy of 8–10 guests would also be helpful. We also found it unusual to have to replace toilet paper during our stay.A printed welcome book would be a great addition for guests who prefer something other than digital information. It could include garbage days, entry codes, house rules, restaurant recommendations, sightseeing, excursions, and local costs. Information about preparing for tropical storms or hurricanes, along with a flashlight and candles for possible power outages, would also be helpful.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Addressing these items would make an already nice property even better for future guests.

We've put those in front of our maintenance team and we're reviewing the kitchen supplies and consumables so longer stays are better set up from the start. We do keep a digital guide with entry codes, house rules, and local recommendations, and we'll look at how we can make that easier to find on arrival. The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Great location in a gated community with Mountain View’s and a 5-10 min drive to the beaches. Mother-in-law suite sold it for us. Would definitely stay again.

overall the property is okay but we were not able to use the bbq grills cos they were so rusted , there were flying roaches outside at night which made the outdoor unusable cos we were all freaked out and we didn’t have fitted sheets for the sofa beds till days later after I kept asking for it. There are also not enough mugs for the number of people the house is supposed to be able to accommodate which is kinda of bizarre for me. The need for paperwork for any kind of cars to get in to the property is also a pain. I get that it’s good for security but seriously for pick up’s and drop offs too ?? Do they not have cameras in 2026 that they have to rely on human and papers to capture these information? Anyway, just be aware of these little details. If they don’t bother you like I do , it’s great .

Hawaii Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our family of 6. The location is convenient to the local beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for. The views and the beach and surrounding mountains were spectacular.

Great space for family with breathtaking views. Loved the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed but dishwasher was leaking so we ended up hand washing. Clothes dryer took a long time to dry clothes. Location was further from attractions than expected. Because of traffic it took us two hours to get to Pearl Harbor and other side of island one way. Pool, hot tub and exercise gym were fantastic.

Comforting house!

Lots of space

Great house, lots of space, but limited only by geography. KoOlina lagoons are 20 minutes. Waikiki or Wiamea are more like 50-60 minutes. Gated community. Great value if you’re willing to drive some.

Beautiful, clean house in beautiful location

Other than the home missing some basic amenities (hangers, baking pans, mixing bowls), it was really easy to stay here. The home is very clean and beautiful and it is set in a very, very beautiful location. A special feature of this place was the separate studio that was included. We would definitely stay here again! Snorkeling in the area was not very good. We recommend Pokia Bay state park for swimming, especially with small children. We also recommend the Ko Olina Lagoons for swimming with small children. Other suggestions in the area: The Beach House restaurant and the Ko Nau Lani whale watch tour.

A comfortable abode away from home

This accommodation offers all the essentials and more, including a large parking lot, ample space for your family, modern appliances, and a high ceiling. The lush green plants outside create a soothing ambiance. I am grateful for the hassle-free experience my ohana enjoyed here, thanks to the friendly neighbors and clean surroundings that provided ample space for the kids to explore. a lifesaver

We grabbed this home last minute as the other rental we had reserved was absolutely NASTY! This home was bright and clean, everything was as listed, super comfy beds and the extra studio was really nice to have! We had an issue with the hot water heater timer as the power had gone off for a few hours and the maintenance person was very quick to reply!! There were a couple random kitchen items that would have been nice to have available, but overall we loved it and 100% would stay here again!

Our group of seven (five adults and two children) spent almost s week at this vacation home, and it was a wonderful experience. The sweeping views of the Makaha Valley paired with the ocean backdrop were simply breathtaking and awe inspiring. Every morning felt like a postcard moment.The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group. It had everything we needed to feel at home.While the drive to popular tourist spots was a bit long, we appreciated the chance to see daily life on the leeward side of the island. It gave us a more authentic feel of the community and appreciation for life in the county.Living in a gated community added a sense of security and warmth. Each day we were greeted with smiles and friendly alohas, which made us feel very welcome.The gym and pool were excellent and well-maintained. Inside the home, the kitchen amenities made cooking easy, and the inclusion of beach towels and toys was a thoughtful touch that the kids especially enjoyed.Overall, this stay gave us both comfort and connection—beautiful views, a welcoming community, and amenities that made our vacation stress-free and memorable. We would happily return!

Nice clean house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a great community! It was clean and practically new. The only thing is that is far from everything if you are vacationing and you have to drive through the worst places in Hawaii. In order to get to anything you have to drive through the homeless population and they are everywhere and taking over the beaches in this part of town.
