· Parking: 2 standard-sized cars in the garage, 2 more parking on driveway. **NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· The community pool and hot tub are still under construction. At this time, we do not have a timeline for their completion date. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your understanding.

· Please be aware of the ongoing construction in this community during workdays.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.
