This property had a beautiful view of the river and the rooms were clean. The master bed was very comfy and the game room in the shed was such a fun addition!

Great place to stay, views of the Cumberland. Fire pit, hot tub great to have. Close to Nashville and so much to do in the area.

This is my second time staying at this property and it was just as well maintained and clean as the first time we stayed. The house is well equipped with basic starter stuff. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should and the view is amazing. I’ve been using Vrbo for approximately 10 years now, and Rebeccah is one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts that I’ve ever encountered.

So many nice touches. Quality towels and bedding. Place was super clean and stocked with everything you need. Very welcoming for your pet.Grandkids loved the hot tub and game room.

The host was amazing, the welcome pack was aboveboard and perfect, homemade cookies were so great, we saw deer every day and had such a great time, the place is beautiful and so relaxing, we recommend it to everyone and when we come pack this will be the only place we stay and next time we will stay longer!!!!!

Very clean and comfortable. Host was amazing and very easy to communicate with. She went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The house and the property were beautiful and relaxing. The game shed was a big hit also.

The kitchen was open and spacious and had everything needed for a great stay. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and updated nicely. There is a nice game room and hot tub I look forward to spending time in on our next stay. The setting was quiet and quite private as well. View is beautiful.

The property was exactly as advertised. We were impressed by how fresh and clean the house is. Kitchen is well appointed. What stood out to me was how we felt able to be ourselves as a family and not be paranoid about the kid messes while we’re here.

This place was amazing. The hosts were very reasonable in their expectations, the house had even more amazing things than what was listed including kayaks and a game shed, which the kids loved. They were very responsive and communicated well. The kitchen had all the things I needed to prepare meals for my family and I deeply appreciate that they had real furniture, not just cheap stuff that looks nice but not actually functional. This place has the charm of having been lives in, not just a quick copy and paste that so many Airbnbs have become.

The property was awesome. We used the hot tub several times, and the river view was absolutely fantastic. It feels rustic and peaceful, yet you're still just minutes from town, which was perfect. We brought our dogs and they loved it! The host was truly warm and friendly, which made our stay even better. My grandkids have already asked when we can come back.

My mom and I came for for a little getaway and it was perfect! My mom said it best of this house felt like a home rather than just a rental property. It was so cozy and we had a great time!

The view was amazing. So refreshing to have a host that is dog friendly instead of dog tolerant. Usual pet rules but water and food bowls and a dog blanket were appreciated.
