Communication with him was excellent. It was definitely pet friendly but you couldn't tell. Very clean. Awesome that he even had poop bags and dog bowls for us. It was awesome having the fire pit, Even left us with some wood. Beautiful place to stay! I would definitely go back there again!

Kevin was great to communicate with leading up to and during our stay. Perfect place for me and my wife to relax, read, cookout and paddleboard. Even the neighbors were helpful. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Cozy and comfortable lake house! Loved waking up and watching sun rise over lake. Kevin was very responsive to all questions. My only observation was that lower deck had many cobwebs and we didn’t feel like we could use that area. However, it is by a lake so it is probably hard to keep that area totally free of that. I would for sure recommend this spot!

Wonderful stay

The personal touch is at this beautiful home sent the trip over the top. The Christmas decorations were unbelievable, my family really enjoyed our stay here.

What a view

Really enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable location with the lake views and many deer in the neighborhood. Kevin was a perfect host . We would recommend it to anyone one needing a getaway in the Gallatin area.

Property was very nice. Everything was clean. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay beds were comfortable so were the couches screened in porch was super nice to sit in and have breakfast overlooking the lake.

Lovely home in a beautiful lot

The house was great, especially the screened in porch. Big enough for several people. Peddle boat was fun. Great neighborhood! Fit our needs beautifully

Weekend Retreat

Kevin is top notch!! We loved our stay!! Lots of time on screened porch watching deer & birds & a fox!! Great fishing right in the cove by the house didn’t have to go far with our boat! Thank you!!

AMAZING!!

We had a wonderful time, it was so peaceful and relaxing! The home was very clean and full of all the household things we needed! Kevin is very kind, helpful and accommodating!! I recommend this to anyone who is looking to get away, but still have that at home feeling!! Thank you, Kevin!!

Cute lake house

The owners and neighbors are friendly and helpful. A beautiful and peaceful setting with many different wildlife to admire as they roam the yard. We loved the screened in porch. Owners provided all the essential items which is a nice touch! Kevin was quick to respond to any questions. Great place and location.

Peaceful

The whole experience was great the house was beautifully decorated, smelled wonderful, properly and neighborhood were beautiful. The deer were even friendly enough to come say hello lol. Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful and pleasant time. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing lakeside

We had a fabulous stay - the screened in porch was the best! Our pups enjoyed hanging out by the lake and we loved seeing an abundance of deer on our strolls. The fire pit was nice for an evening campfire. We recommend day trips to Franklin, Mount Juliet, Nashville, Gallatin and if you visit Carthage be sure to check out Ebel’s Tavern and Rockabilly Coffee. The host, Kevin, was very responsive if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay.

Lovely Lake House

This lovely little house on the lake was the perfect introduction to Tennessee. Peace opened each day, sitting on the screened in porch listening to the birds while watching the sun dance on the water. Evenings ended watching the deer on their nightly journey, listening to the frogs or sitting around the firepit. It was just what we needed.

Stellar Host on Good ‘Ol Hickory Lake!

This was our second time staying here, as we returned from such an enjoyable visit a few years ago. A couple things we had to discuss with Kevin and he went above-&-beyond, even after the trip ensuring complete follow through. He is to be commended, a stand-up man who keeps his word. I don’t know which is more impressive these days, a great place or such a phenomenal host!
