With breathtaking coastal views, a private beach, and glass walls that frame the sea, this beautifully updated retreat is ideal for a romantic weekend, a peaceful break from city life, a yoga getaway, or a special celebration.

Our guests love to soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy our renovated bathrooms, a fresh deck, new hardwood floors and pet-friendly stays (fee applies). Come unwind where the ocean meets the sky.

Holidays and special days like Valentine's Day book very early, usually 2-3 months in advance.

The White Water Oceanfront Home offers two inviting bedrooms for a relaxing stay. The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub & rain shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed and closet with access to a full guest bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the many unique dining options just minutes away.

We welcome pets, but they must be added at the time of booking and a pet fee applies.

Please note: Unregistered pets or any pet-related mess may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

The house was clean and has amazing views. The host was easy to contact and we had no issues. Definitely use the hot tub. Nothing like a morning soak looking out at the ocean.

This home was clean and well supplied (no tea but there was coffee).Didn’t use hot tub so can’t comment. Here’s what we had problems with. Electric switches and plugs that were semi functional. Dishwasher that didn’t work. Electronic Door lock and lockbox were both in poor condition and difficult to operate. Windows were difficult to open and the blinds were not in good shape.

Hi Kathy, We noted your feedback and looked into each and every thing. Firstly, the electric switches are working, there was a brief outage from PG&E during your stay. The dishwasher is functional as well and again it was because of the outage that you couldnt use it for a few hours, The windows cannot be opened since the ocean winds can be harsh so we prefer to keep them closed and the blinds are just a few months old and new .We didn't find anything wrong with it. Thanks!

Loved having 2 full bathrooms for 4 people! Fantastic views. Location is centrally located to Elk and Point Arena. Would stay here again!

Incredible view, hot tub and well furnished - all the ingredients for a relaxing week. The host was great with very quick responses both during the booking process and during the stay when a question came up. Highly recommend and I’ll be back.

I had a wonderful stay at the Morgan House! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. The location is truly special, offering beautiful ocean views and peaceful surroundings that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Private beach access was a convenient short distance from the property. The home itself was well-maintained and equipped with everything I needed, making my stay feel seamless and stress-free.The host was communicative and helpful, ensuring we had all the information we needed ahead of time and answering questions in a timely matter as they came up. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making this a welcoming space for guests! Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely recommend the Morgan House to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic escape along the coast. I’d happily return again.

The views are amazing. Others have mentioned the sunsets and they did not disappoint. We had wonderful weather and did go to Irish Beach. Super easy drive. In a neighborhood but didn't feel crowded. Close to other points of interest as well like Pt Arena lighthouse. Which you can see from house. If you do have anyone mobility impaired, you should note its required to go upstairs to both bathrooms and bedrooms. But they are not too steep and didn't bother us but to be aware. And kitchen is a little small if you plan on doing gourmet cooking or have a crowd. Perfect for us though. Would stay again

The home is beautiful and the view couldn’t be more heavenly! Town and gas is very close but you get the feel of being in a quite neighborhood close to Irish beach which is such a cool walk! The hosts are so kind and wonderful and the home has everything you need! Will definitely visit again!

We have stayed here before and will stay again! Best home we have found on the coast! The stars at night AMAZING. The moon actually lights up the ocean at night so that’s pretty magical to see while you’re hotubbing. It all just adds to the magic of this property. Sunsets are also free! :) The beach, the restaurants in town and even a casino! What!? All within 20 minutes of the home. Stay for 2 or 3 nights and you can see it all. We didn’t want to leave actually. We will be back soon! Whooooo! Can’t wait! Oh, and on top of all that I mentioned, the home interior is first class. You will not be disappointed.

And we instantly fell in love with the home...the endless views of the ocean, the magical sunsets, the calming ocean breeze, the view from the hot tub, the corner nook with the view of Point Arena...just everything about this home made us fall in love with it.

So when the owners put the house on the market, we put in an offer without even seeing the place and as they say, the universe worked to make it happen.
