Wonderful property and so close to the beach! Everything was perfect. Having the beach chairs available for use was so nice and convenient. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We will definitely try and stay again when we go back to Clearwater.

We love this northern area of Clearwater Beach and this visit did not disappoint. The unit was spacious including a living area with large couch, table and TV, large kitchen, large bathroom (with amazing water pressure) and a nice large bedroom with a king bed. Several beach chairs, towels and an umbrella were also provided so you have what you need to hang out on the beach which is steps away from the door. The unit was very clean, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout the process.

Location is perfect but coin laundry and broken blinds were sub par. There is nowhere to get 8 in quarters to do laundry.

This adorable cottage is a perfect getaway for couples or a small family. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, pier 60 and many other fun activities. The beautiful beach is literally steps away from the cottage and a wonderful pizza cafe called Alba is one street over. We loved it so much we ate there twice for lunch! The cottage was very clean and had everything you would need to be comfortable. I highly recommend this cottage!!

LOCATION was fantastic!! Literally steps to the beach in a nice quiet beach away from all the resorts but close enough to see the pier. Close to everything you need in terms of restaurants, bars, etc. The place was very comfortable for two people and came equipped with everything we needed. LOVED having those beach chairs handy. We plan on visiting this spot again, hopefully in the fall. Oh yeah, communication with management was extremely easy as was check in. Thanks Matt- hope to see ya in the fall!

The owners accommodated us with a last minute change of dates. So appreciative of that.

There for spring training, beach time and family visiting our place was steps away from a beautiful beach and close enough to walk to local restaurants and shops.
