We have stayed 2 summers in a row. This is a great family place. In addition to being well maintained it is exceptionally well furnished. Terri, the host, communicates well and is very easy to work with.

The property was well situated for us. We loved the renovation. The the dishes and linens were new and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay there again. Speaking with the owner was easy and we communicated well. This is a wonderful place to stay!

This property is amazing, beautifully decorated , clean, and everything you would need in a home away from home. The hosts were quickly responsive to any questions we had. we were amazed that she had beach chairs and beach towels available for use. We have never seen that before, the beds were so comfortable with very nice linens in the bedroom and bathrooms. The beach view is amazing, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, renovated property with a beautiful view of beach. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Terri thought of everything. Loved it and hope to return for another vacation.

Love this place

Apartment was clean, comfortable, right on the beach, in a convenient neighborhood and overall very satisfying. We would definitely recommend it and would absolutely stay here again.

Great family place

This condo was in great shape and is was furnished much better than most we have stayed in. Terri, our hostess, was very accommodating and communicated very well and answered questions very promptly.

Decorated beautiful! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space for family to stay. Beach chairs, toys, and towels were an added plus! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

A beautiful, well-kept condo with plenty of amenities to enjoy your time at the beach. Very well stocked, clean, and comfortable, with amazing views of the ocean. Terri was great at communicating all the details leading up to our stay. Couldn't ask for a better host or accommodations!

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. The views were AMAZING and the condo itself was updated so beautifully. We had everything we needed from beach chairs to towels to kitchen stuff. The hosts were so accommodating and we will definitely be staying again. Loved, loved, loved our stay!!

Wonderful condo, exactly as described and pictures are accurate. Very spacious, clean and excellent condition. All details are very thoughtful, from beach chairs, towels and kids toys to the coffee machine in the kitchen (which is fully stocked with utensils, cups, mugs, new appliances, etc) to the beach themed artwork and paint colors! Amazing water views from private balcony. Directly on the beach. Hot tub and pool area were clean and well maintained. Minutes away from multiple restaurants with live music, food shopping, pharmacy, etc. Host was fantastic. Overall wonderful experience - don’t hesitate to book it!

Great time in Surfside Beac

What an awesome condo. It was exactly as advertised. Great view, very clean, recently remodeled. Terri, the owner, was an excellent host. When we go back to Surfside / Garden City, we will be staying here again. Usually I have something to complain about or a significant improvement to suggest to an owner, not this time!

Best condo on the beach

This condo was absolutely beautiful the owners were available at all times to answer any questions. All you needed was your swimsuit and flip flops. The owners provider everything from umbrellas boogie boards to beach chairs. Spectacular ocean view and well stocked kitchen. Definitely have repeat customers.

Amazing property and host!

Our family booked our annual Labor Day trip and stayed at this condo. We were blown away! Terri is amazing, very responsive and so helpful!! The condo is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could ask for!! We’ve already booked our next stay and will come back for years to come! You can’t go wrong with this condo or this host!! Perfect in Every Way!

We were blessed to stay in this home two years ago and were thrilled to stay there again!! The condo is as fabulous now as it was then! The home has everything you could need to feel like you are at home! It has a great view of the ocean, and is quiet, clean & comfy! The decor makes you feeling like you are living upscale but still beachy! The host is quick to respond to questions and is incredibly thoughtful! Can’t wait to book this for a third time!!
