The condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. It does not include sheets, pillowcases for any of the beds or towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms. So you must provide your own. There are dish towels and dish cloths in the kitchen. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise, but once the sun is up the balcony is in full sun until the afternoon. I love the location. Its a very quiet area and plenty of restaurants, groceries and other stores near by. So no reason the drive to the busier areas. I love avoiding the crowds and traffic of Myrtle beach. Also, the Surfside and Garden City Piers are easy walks. We will definitely be back.

Had an excellent stay in everyway, although the weather could have been a little warmer. All in all enjoyed the condo and its beautiful views of the ocean and beachfront. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, and enjoyed the recliners in the living room for comfort, as well as the mattress for sleeping. A very quiet setting!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The host was very responsive and helpful every time we had questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was super clean, well-maintained, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing.The check-in process was easy, and everything was exactly as described. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and had all the essentials we needed. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, and hassle-free place to stay.

Amazing views & very roomy

Great place for larger families. Very well stocked and I loved the chairs and umbrella already set up for us to use.

Great location with amazing views of the beach! Easy access to the beach. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, had most everything we needed. Already booked my stay for next year!

Well kept, great views!

My family was so pleased with our stay here! The beds were comfy! Everyone had a great seat in the living room with ocean views. Lots of space so no one felt crowded. Clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

We are semi local and vacation in the area regularly. Since we no longer own a timeshare nearby, we have used VRBO the past few years and have been happy with each location we have stayed. This unit is hands down our favorite- family has already decided this will be our go to from now on. The property felt like coming home, well appointed, clean and spacious. The balcony is larger than most other properties in the area. The property itself is well maintained, clean and provides great access to the beach. No linens- no big deal, honestly- we prefer to just bring our own. Kitchen had plenty of accessories to easily prepare family meals. The inclusion of 2 chairs and umbrella rental on the beach was a great surprise, especially since we always use the service. Onsite parking was sufficient, and easy to access for those who come and go a lot. We loved this place so much and plan to return more often. No disappointments here! To the owner- Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place! To all future guest- “Make Memories, Not Footprints”.

This unit was beautiful. It felt like home! The beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything, we loved our week there so much.

Had a great stay - love the reclining couches and the location. This was our second year at this location. We brought our Tundra last year which made parking very challenging so this year we brought the RAV4 which made it much easier.

Perfect family location

We had lots of space for the 6 of us (we are a family of 4 plus grandparents), it was very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful location, right on the beach. We were also very thankful for the chairs and umbrella set up on the beach. The host was very easy to deal with and answered our questions quickly. We would be happy to stay if we are ever in the area again. Thank you so much!

Fantastic rental that has everything you need. I got the impression the owner genuinely wants her guests to have a great experience. We definitely did. This condo has been the closest to the ocean I’ve ever been and we always book oceanfront. We brought our beach cart And never used it. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were a huge help. This beach experience has been the most enjoyable and peaceful. I’d 100% recommend.

SC Beach Condo

Property was great. Location great. Linen was not provided. It said that in amenities under other. Hopefully they will move that to the main description page. Will stay here again. Nice little cafe right next door. Views were great!

Best Relaxing Weekend

This condo is hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in at Garden City! The place is so clean; very well stocked with items needed in the kitchen! Check in was so easy; we were even able to check in early which was so helpful with having a little one - Thank You, Tamra for that! Communication was wonderful as well. I will Definitely be staying here again. The view is so pretty; even with sitting on the couch and looking outside was gorgeous! You will not be disappointed in this rental; so don’t hesitate and BOOK NOW!

Great location and view!

This Condo has everything! They have lots of extras you wouldn't expect from spices to tin foil. Loved the balcony and the great view. The only negative was the heads on the showers and having the cost of sheets not included. You can rent them from $100-$117 for 3 nights, so we brought our own, which took up precious space in our vechicle.

Beach Time in Garden City SC

A Great time had by all! The condo we found to be very spaciou. There was a lot of room for all 6 of us. Condo is very well laid out. The view from the condo is fantastic! Looking right out at the ocean. The location is also great. Short drive to myrtle beach, yet Garden City seemed very quiet and we all agreed we were glad we stayed in Garden City and not Myrtle Beach. We still had many restauraunts very close and lots of things to do. Great beach front right outside the condo. Would definetily stay here again.
