The house was great but could use dressers in the two smaller bedrooms, a dish sponge or brush, and counters in the bathrooms. We had a great time!

Everything was great accept the air wasn’t properly working so it was extremely hot. The place itself was very clean and cozy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property. We do want to note that, prior to check-in, the guest confirmed there would be no visitors. However, during the stay, the property appeared to host a large gathering and the home was left with extensive fireworks debris throughout the outdoor areas, which required additional cleanup before the next reservation. We kindly ask all guests to follow the agreed-upon house rules and communicate any changes to their plans in advance.

I enjoyed my stay for myself & family. The home was nice clean and comfortable it felt like a home away from home. Located in a good area close to plenty of restaurants as well as shopping. The house was well stocked with everything needed. I loved the look of this home from the tall ceilings to the wood flooring. I had no complaints & I would book this property again.

First of all, the host was so easy to communicate with and responded so quickly. The house was very clean, almost too clean, whatever they clean the floors with makes them extremely slippery with wet shoes or sock feet! Located in a very convenient area to downtown, uptown, south end, south park, but not right in all the busyness. Was happy to find a hairdryer in the bathroom along with an oscillating fan in the closet. Would be nice to have a few more hangers in the closet and maybe another roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 4 day stay with 4 people!Kitchen was well equipped, even had a small air fryer! I highly recommend this property and would happily stay there again.

The house was very clean and spacious. The bed and linen were comfortable. We like the idea to note what inside on each cabinet so we didn’t have to open every drawer to find things in the kitchen. The kitchen was very organized and clean as well. We didn’t cook much except for a quick and easy breakfast. So, if you plan to make breakfast like me, bring some cooking oil, salt and pepper from home with you. The kitchen had all you need except those. I am so picky about coffee so I brought my own.

Clean, comfortable house, convenient to central Charlotte

House was exactly as pictured, and host responded quickly to our questions and comments. Interior of house was comfortable and clean. Back yard was fine for our dog (fence could use a couple of small patches, but was not a problem for us). Kitchen was supplied well, beds were good. Location was perfect for our interests. Easy check in/out process.

Wonderful location - perfect size

The location is perfect for exploring Charlotte and the yard is large for a dog to have a place to play. However, it has spots for escape if your dog has that tendency. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bath are a great space by yourself or with company, with the primary on one side with privacy. The lines are clean, but the house could use more love and the door locks have some issues.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location and the spacious layout of the home. Regarding the door locks, please know that these were taken care of promptly right after your stay. As for the backyard, we do mention in our listing that it is a private, fully fenced space with open grassy areas, though we always recommend supervising pets, especially those prone to exploring. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back in the future!

Nice home, location & layout for entire family. Listing says can accommodate 8 people…. Not true. Only 6. One of my guests has to sleep on couch because listing was incorrect. Disappointed. Overall nice home & clean.

Cozy Home near shopping and restaurants

Very close to shopping and restaurants, which is convenient. The house has all the amenities you need in a kitchen, but the refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced. Loose shelves and the water filter needs to be changed. (You can tell by the taste of the water and ice) My only complaint really is that the master bathroom shower is too small, so we used the other bathroom that had a standard shower. Located in a decent location. It’s a clean home and has a cute fenced in backyard with lots of trees. Corner lot. Because we’re very picky about pillows and sheets. We did actually order our own. But would stay here again.

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, cleanliness and backyard. We appreciate your feedback regarding the refrigerator; please note that a dispenser and ice maker are not listed as amenities in our listing. As shown in the photos, the master bathroom shower size is accurate and we understand every guest has their own preferences for pillows and sheets. We’d be happy to host you again!

Avoid This Property - Misrepresented and Poorly Maintained

The property is nothing like what is shown in the pictures online—those photos are either outdated or intentionally misleading. The house had a horrible musty smell that was nauseating. There was so much yard debris at both the front and back doors, and at least an inch gap at the bottom of front door for critters to enter. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work properly and the house itself was just disgusting. Fire alarms hanging out of the wall, floors filthy in the bathrooms with hair stuck to the base boards. Couch cushion springs protruding as well as water pipes from the floors in the bathrooms. Bugs, alive and dead, in every room. I even saw mold in the master bedroom closet. When I notified them of these issues, upon arrival, I supplied pictures and NOT one was addressed. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. VRBO should hold owners accountable for providing accurate representations of their properties and ensuring a basic standard of cleanliness and functionality. Future renters—save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
