The Space:
Seagate Estate Suites – Suite 2 offers a clean, modern and spacious living room with two bedroom suites and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience and dining pleasure. The suite is appointed with 2 x 55” Smart TV’s (one in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen) for your viewing pleasure.

Also, there’s no need to overpack - we've got you covered with sheets, towels, soap and shampoo as well as a complimentary washer and dryer to launder your clothing.


Keep up to date with work and in touch with friends with our powerful gigabit wireless Internet for all your business and entertainment applications.

Guest Access:
Your suite includes shared access to a quaint front yard patio to enjoy your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine at night.
You can use the patio day or night but we kindly ask you to refrain from playing music and to mindful of our neighbors and other guests by keeping our peaceful oasis quiet.

The Neighborhood:
The Luxurious SeaGate Villa community hosts one of the largest Chabad Houses in Israel with extensive activities and surrounds the "Estate Suites" on the border between Rishon Lezion and Bat Yam with gorgeous Beaches, Outdoor dinning, Cafe's and Bars .

The neighborhood has plenty of parking spaces that you can find on the nearby street and for free.

The suites are really close to the beach, 4 minutes (!) walk.

Within walking distance of the neighborhood there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
You can catch buses that reach everywhere, there are bus stops within 2 min walking distance of the Estate Suites so that you can get around easily.

Other Things to Note:
You must know:

1. This is a basement unit. There are 9 flights of stairs to enter the suite.

2. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Israeli residents will be charged an additional VAT of 18 percent on the total booking price. To avoid this charge, the guest must send a photo of the foreign passport, as well as a photo of the entry permit, which he will receive upon transfer at the airport in Israel. (little note)

3. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals, our apartments are not suitable for this.

4. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.

5. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.
