Great spot-unit was fresh and clean, complex was very friendly, great location. Owner, Casey, was very easy to work with, would definitely rent here again

Perfect stay on Marco!

We had a great experience at this condo! Very well equipped, clean and very comfortable! Close to the beach and many restaurants. The pool was great along with the tennis/pickleball courts.

Amazing

This place has all the bells and whistles! Love the location and the comfort it has in the condo! This is our second time staying here because we love it so much!

Relaxing, comfortable and lots of sunshine!

The condo and location are perfect for those who want beach access and to be within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The condo was like our "home away from home" for the month of March. It had everything we needed, and then some, during our month stay. Cassy was always accessible when we had questions or needed something. She is a great host! We cannot wait to come back next March for relaxation and lots of sunshine!

Ideal location and all the comforts of home!

With its ideal location and all the comforts of home, we happily booked a full month here! The condo is exceptionally well-equipped, everything you could need in the kitchen, from appliances to cookware and utensils, plus very comfortable beds, quality bedding, plenty of towels, and the convenience of in-unit laundry. The screened-in balcony quickly became our favorite spot, perfect for morning coffee and relaxing afternoon cocktails. The pool and hot tub made for easy, restful days, and we enjoyed meeting friendly neighbors who were full of great local tips. We especially appreciated the beach gear, wagon, umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys—which made the short walk to the beach effortless. Some of Marco Island’s best restaurants are also within easy walking distance (less than half a mile). The location is convenient too, just a 45-minute drive to RSW airport, and Uber is a reliable option if you don’t have a car. Between the excellent shopping, dining, and nearby tours, there’s plenty to keep you busy, or you can simply unwind on the beautiful sandy beach, people-watch, and collect shells. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us, we had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in a nice well maintained condo that went above and beyond our expectations. The owner was always available by text message and made the booking process and stay a great experience. Highly recommended!
