We loved the location and the rooms were really nice. However, the construction noise made it difficult to enjoy the stay during the morning and afternoon. Had we have know this we probably would have check out other options. Everything else was wonderful

Absolutely beautiful condo! Stunning ocean views right on Tigertail beach, with a wraparound balcony offering views of Marco as well.

Had such a great mom & daughter vacation here the condo was beautiful and the grounds also . We loved Tracey the pool attendant she was so helpful and amazing we will miss her Jeff & Francine were so easy to work with and made my first VRBO booking awesome! Highly recommend

Beautiful corner condo. The ocean view was gorgeous every day. We had great weather and saw a lot of Florida wildlife. All beach items are in the owners closet which made travel super easy. The host was quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns. Thank you for opening up your property. perfect honeymoon

This was a beautiful place to stay with incredible views! Condo was well stocked and the amenities were wonderful. Felt very secure with the gated entry that was always staffed. Beach equipment was very handy and the wagon made the trip down to the beach relatively easy. Does take 1/2 miles to the beach from the unit but well worth it for a quiet beach! Definitely would stay again and would highly recommend.

The condo was perfect ,. Walked to Doreens cup of joe a few mornings and next door to Joeys for dinner- which I highly recommend both . The pool was great and quiet - I did not get the lady's name who maintains the pool- but she was great - and a wealth of knowledge on things to do or see . The one thing my husband liked was the security for all 4 bldgs- from the gates to all the doors being locked. Beds were comfortable and everything was stocked. went and bought suntan lotion and a few other things - but after opening some cabinets they already those things . So look first , It was a little longer of a walk to the beach then we are used to - but it was a nice walk-but we knew that when renting the condo - we loved the view and sat outside on the balcony alot . another perk was - we got to leave food if food was unopened - we just had a few things but always hate to throw that out. People at the front desk were also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Fabulous view, well equipped unit, easy beach access, plenty of restaurats in walking distance. Morning patio for coffee is great, sunset patio better. Strongly recommend

Beautiful place, but bring BUG SPRAY the mosquitos are very bad, you also need keys for every door, even to get to the beach which is kinda a pain in the butt. The beach is very rough on feet so wear sneakers. But the place itself had a beautiful view and everything we needed. Nothing bad to say about the actual space.

We had such an amazing stay at this beachfront condo—it was absolutely perfect for our family of four! From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully set up to make our trip easy and relaxing. They truly thought of everything for the beach—towels, a wagon, chairs, a cooler, and even an umbrella—which made our daily walks to the shore effortless and fun.The condo itself felt very safe and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being within walking distance of several fantastic restaurants, making evenings just as enjoyable as our beach days.This place made our vacation stress-free and memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Despite the beautiful beach view and nicely decorated condo, our overall experience was disappointing and fell short of what we expected based on the listing. Several important details were either missing or misrepresented, and the check-in experience was especially frustrating.When we arrived, the garage was closed for resurfacing, and gaining entrance to the property was a disaster. We were eventually let in by a stranger, which was an unacceptable and stressful start to our vacation.There were only two bath towels provided, which was not enough. The listing stated that a washer and dryer were available but failed to disclose that they were coin-operated machines located down the hall rather than inside the unit. The listing also advertised a beach cart and beach accessories, but none were provided.We would not recommend this condo for families based on the restrictive pool rules. No snacks were allowed at the pool, and small balls were prohibited. The atmosphere was not relaxing or enjoyable, with a woman loudly yelling at people while enforcing the rules.While the beach view was beautiful and the condo was attractively decorated, those positives did not make up for the difficult check-in, missing amenities, misleading listing details, and unpleasant pool environment. A great view alone is not enough to make up for a disappointing vacation experience. Based on our stay, we would not book this condo again and would encourage future guests to do their due diligence.

We do have a renter welcome book that has all the information needed for a renter's stay. In this book, all info regarding the owner's closet, which has the beach gear, cart chairs umbrella, is offered. Also 2 days after a renter's arrival, we sen out a VRBO message asking the renters, how everything is going..and if they need anything, wes sent. There was no response from the renter. A detailed check-in message is sent to the renters before their arrival, this let's them know exactly what needs to be done to get in the building after hours. The doors lock at around 5pm for security. There is a box with a numbers to alert us to remotely open the door. All info is in the check-in instructions. Apparently there is resurfacing of the in the lower garage, but there are two other parking areas available for renters. This is not a private pool so there are many other people there enjoying it. I see on the proprty VRBO website, in the amenity area, there lists having washer and dryer, but there's no indication in the description that it is inside the condo. There is a laundry room on every floor and i've used it many times without a problem. No other renter has ever mentioned it as being an issue. Be that as it may, I have now added the laundry room in the VRBO property description. I believe that communication is the best way to enjoy a vacation. But if no issues are mentioned, then none can be rectified.

The stay was awesome. Very clean and well organized. The place is better than the photos, absolutely beautiful view of the beach. My family and I would highly recommend it and will most likely be returning.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Loved the balconies. Beach isn't a far walk and some restaurants are also in walking distance. Jeff was very quick to reply to any questions I had and quick to act. Highly recommend staying here.
