In a secure domain, villa just 15/20 minutes from the beaches of Sainte Maxime, 31km from Saint Tropez and 6km from the village of Le Muy, a charming village renowned for its market, an institution of the region!
As this villa is located in a very quiet residential area, festive gatherings and loud music are prohibited.
You will find a large swimming pool of 12mx5m in a wooded plot of 1 hectare fully fenced ideally located 15 minutes from Sainte Maxime
It can be reached very quickly by the A8 motorway 6 km away or by the TGV from the Arcs sur Argens station located 12 km away (car rental possible at the Super U des Arcs).
With a total area of 140m², it is made up of a set of two houses joined by a small external arch (total accessibility for people with reduced mobility).
The first air-conditioned house faces south, opening onto a large terrace with a view of the garden and swimming pool: living room 28m² with fireplace equipped with an insert, a large bedroom of 25m² equipped with a double electric bed 2 x 80 cms with large TV, a bedroom children 8m² overlooking an awning, equipped with two single beds 80 cms, a bathroom with large bathtub, two basins and WC, entrance with washing machine and large extra fridge/freezer.
The second air-conditioned house is also south facing and overlooks a pergola and terrace with garden and swimming pool view: large living room of 26m² with wood stove, TV, integrating a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, etc.), 2 bedrooms (13m² and 12m²) each with a 140cm double bed, a bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasin and WC.
The south-facing swimming pool in the sun all day has a depth ranging from 1m to 2.30m; surrounded by a large terrace accessible from the house without stairs, it is secured by an electric shutter.
Equipment completes the whole: garden furniture (tables, Fatboy, deckchairs, chairs, parasol, gas barbecue, pétanque, board games, etc.)
A community tennis court located 5 minutes walk away is also available by reservation.
